Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had the shellfish tower and it was incredible and Blanca was amazing. It’s a great location and the food and service are second to none.

    Ralph provided my group and I some of the best service. I’ve always enjoyed Capitol Grill. Truly had a great birthday dinner and the service topped it off. Thank you Ralph!

    Great experience at the Capital Grille, as always. Always one of my go-to restaurants while in Chicago. Food is always 100% consistent and of excellent quality, and staff are attentive, providing excellent service. Manager Adam is the icing on the cake (or perhaps more appropriately the bourbon sauce on your filet...), ensuring your dinner surpasses your expectations.

    Jim Lyman provides exceptional management to his restaurant. Paul Calzaretta is an outstanding professional who knows his clients and ensures the experience is excellent. He remembers our names, wine and food preferences. Everyone there seems to enjoy what they do, and it shows in their service! Thank you for another great dining experience!

    Another wonderful evening at Capital Grille downtown Chicago. A busy evening to celebrate a graduation - yet it was like we were the only table in the restaurant. Our server Marvin was attentive, got every detail correct. And as expected all the steaks were cooked to perfection.

    First let me say girls weekend in Chicago.. We had dinner 3 nights in a row at CG! The first night a friend lost a bracelet. When we arrived Saturday evening Mario was so excited to see us! He said I have something for you! He had found the bracelet! WONDERFUL MARIO!!! Our server Rebecca was excellent! The food perfection, attention to details spot on. AND our glasses were always full. Operations Manager Adam made us very happy to arrive on our 3rd dinner of the weekend. Cannot say enough good things about Chicago Capital Grill! I will be back SOON! Until then I wish you all good health and heavy tips! (Cheers)
