   My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Capital Grille in Burlington. From the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out, we both had an extremely enjoyable dinner experience. Our server, Leslie, was extremely attentive, very friendly, and made our night a memorable one. The food was exceptional (Filet for my wife and Porcini rubbed Ribeye for me), the drinks were spot on, and the overall experience was fantastic. The entire staff is there to cater your every want/need. Will definitely return!

   There were 4 of us and we got seats at the bar tonight. We started with appetizers lobster crab cake and prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with tomato and a Caesar salad which were delicious. All of us got the Wagyu beef burger 3 with fries and 1 with chips onion dip with caviar. We all enjoyed the perfectly cooked burgers. The wine paired well with the burgers. Our bartender Kayla was friendly and attentive to all of us. She made a delicious stoli doli and expresso martini. Thank you for a great evening.

   Waitstaff was great The three employees that greeted made our night by accommodating my seating request We’ve gone many time’s over the last 15 years and never disappoints Truly our number one go to steakhouse

   Always a wonderful experience to celebrate birthdays. Only issue was that 3 out of the 4 steaks ordeeed at our table were not cooked to ordered temp - all overcooked. Unusual for Capirak Grille

    Our server was a 10/10. She was friendly, attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a nice evening. I wish I could remember her name.
