The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Always perfect spot for special occasions. Wonderful steaks- all of them. They served scallops for a seasonal change- fantastic. Sides worth the extra money to indulge_ especially the scalloped potatoes! French onion soup and salads perfect starters. Yes, try a dessert- enjoy this Capital Grille- easy parking off the highway

Our meal was great! We celebrated a birthday and Melissa - our server - made it a pleasant experience. We had the Kona crusted NY Strip and the filet. Both were done just right. The lobster Mac n cheese was a hit along with the rest of the sides and dessert. It’s typically a consistent experience here. Thank you. We will be back soon

We love Capital Grill in Burlington because it is always so consistent. Consistently great service and food! We enjoyed the Kona steak that was cooked to perfection.
