   After returning a medium well steak that should have been medium rare, the cook rushed the second one. Seared on the outside and raw on the inside is not medium rare. Think seared raw tuna. Sent it back again, despite the manager lady having an argument with me about temperature and guffawing at me. Not the waiter’s fault who did an outstanding job, recommending a fantastic wine. The third try was burned and overdone on the extremities, only decent by the bone. Unpleasant and disappointing.

   thank you for mimi and kevin for giving me and my family a great experience yesterday. It was my first time being there and i will be back way more. My girlfriend 30th birthday dinner was amazing. the Lamb chops, lobster mac & cheese, and the drinks were great. My kids enjoyed themselves as well, It was their first time fine dining.

   Everything at Capitol Grill in Boston is always wonderful. The server was attentive and saw to our every need. I had the filet and my daughter had the NY strip both fantastic. The beet salad and the potatoes au gratin were outstanding. Expensive but worth it!

   Always a great experience at the Capital Grille Boston. We went for Easter brunch and they menu was lovely, the bunch Filet was perfectly cooked but the best part was our Server Molly. So personable and great attention to detail!

   We ended up at Capital Grille unexpectedly the Saturday night before the Boston Marathon when everything nearby was booked solid. We were dressed in our casual daytime clothes (not what I’d normally wear to Capital Grille) and the hostess still warmly welcomed us into the dining room. It’s good to remember that the dining room is so large that they’ll likely have availability when others don’t. The server was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. Food was excellent - we had both fish and steak among us. They also have an unpublished kids’ menu, FYI. We appreciated the high end experience with a friendly, down to earth atmosphere. Not stuffy at all. It was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.
