    Staff was very responsive when we had extra people in our party than what we reserved for. They were diligent in managing our concerns as well as other patrons in the restaurant. After a short wait, we were seated at a fabulous table. The vibes and food are great but when you have a service that good it always takes precedence.

    Our experience was phenomenal! We did the Generous Pour Experience, and it's most definitely a bang for your buck. Lazaro went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. My husband had the Dry Age NY Strip, while I enjoyed one of their special meals of the day: a NY strip with a blue cheese crust and shrimp on the side. The meat was tender, and the flavor was amazing. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes.

    The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was great. It was just a delightful evening. We were celebrating our son’s 18th birthday. They recognized his birthday with a card and a sample of dessert. We had a party of five for four men. As a result we sampled many dishes on their menu, and they all were delicious my favorite was the lobster macaroni not to be missed our way to Manny was excellent.

    Had an absolutely exceptional experience. Went to celebrate my birthday and the team made it personal and special. Above and beyond Service from the hostess to service staff to floor manager. What a memorable moment. I would recommend at the highest level.

    I brought a new hire for a "Welcome" lunch on Monday, July 3 at the Pratt Street location in Downton Baltimore, MD. We had the pleasure of being seated in Juliana G.'s section. She was an absolute pleasure. She is an asset to the Capital Grille brand. Julianna G. is a true delight. Her service was attentive and welcoming. Julianna G. made our dining experience memorable for all the right reasons. I am thankful to her for helping we welcome the new hire.

    My husband and I decided at the last minute to grab dinner before a concert at nearby Soundstage. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We had the brussels and mash potatoes, DELISH! Brian, our server, was exceptional! Very personable, great sense of humor, and very attentive. We will visit again and ask for Brian. Bravo!

    Having dined at many of the capital, Grille’s in the United States. The one in Baltimore did not disappoint. Our waiter was excellent. Service was prompt. Valet parking was fabulous, and the attention to detail it was not overlook.

    We dined on the patio shortly after a brief heavy rain so there was only one other group outside. We were greeted in a very friendly manner when we arrived The service was fine with a bit of a lag as we finished our meal. We had the sea bass and the salmon meals. The sea bass was slightly undercooked but tasty. The salmon meal was good but not extraordinary. We shared a portion of the Brussel sprouts with bacon. The portion was generous and the Brussel sprouts were crispy. We both had cocktails. I had the Bohemian. It was very refreshing. Overall a nice dining experience however pricey considering the food was a bit disappointing.
