   Graduation dinner. Everyone had the best time. “The best meal they’ve ever had.” Thank you so much for making it a special night! The complimentary Congratulations dessert was so awesome. I missed my flight and wasn’t able to make dinner. The hostess I spoke with was so helpful in modifying the reservation and taking my payment info so I could still treat the family. I hope I have a chance to actually visit soon. Thanks!

   The meal and service absolutely phenomenal as always. The steaks were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection, the lobster mac and cheese and truffle fries were show stoppers, and the lab rib chops were succulent and tender. This is one of our all time favorite restaurants because the experience is always fabulous - from start to finish!

   Our server(waiter) Carlos was awesome. The drinks were nothing special, one of the stake wasn’t cooked as directed (overcooked) but the second Oder came out as expected.

   Service was fantastic, very attentive. The food was very good as well and our server gave us good recommendations (we don’t eat beef but found plenty to like!) We were seated in a doorway but otherwise it was a good spot, it was very busy for early on a Saturday. Overall an excellent experience and I would return in a heartbeat

    Was wonderful. I’ve been to The Capital Grill in NJ, NY and now Baltimore MD and must say this was my best experience. Our server Brian was outstanding, very knowledgeable about the menu and made wonderful suggestions and was a pleasure to speak with. Would highly recommend and make sure you ask for Brian. We’ll definitely come back just for him.

    Taylor was rude and very sarcastic. I order a media well steak and it was administered WELL DONE. I sent it back and it was clear they service me a different cut and that also was serviced WELL DONE. I will not be going back to.

    Front desk staff seated us in a back storage room next to a table of nine. Five of those were children under the age of six. An experience that I would expect at Chuck E Cheese. All this despite have my OT rating and being a Capital Grille customer for more than twenty years. After notifying the manager, our experience improved dramatically. Expect more of CG and hope they improve staff training to avoid these kind of basic issues.

    To start, my reservation was made at the DC location & we showed up to the one in Baltimore to only be turned around. The kind hostess were beyond gracious to accommodate us at the last minute. We were sat between two large parties who were noisy but hey, I’ll take what I can get at this point. Then the superstar Paul Morales greeted us, not only did he control the parties noise levels by making them move to the other side of the table while they stood and finished their conversation instead of standing backside toward my food. Anyway, he went on to explain the menu, & recommended cocktails to pair with our meals & lastly sharing his short story about the history of the Baltimore inner harbor & how proud he is to be a local. I dine at capital grille in DC often entertaining client blah blah blah, but I must say we throughly enjoyed the night.

    The lobster frittata at Easter brunch was very disappointing. At 45$ you should do better than two tiny lobsters tails dried out on top of over cooked eggs with uncooked hash browns and thin hollandaise that looked like it had sat under the heat warmer with absolutely no truffle flavor as had been in the menu discription.

    with no stuffed crab and a crab cake on the side. The waiter took it to the kitchen, and it came out with a crab cake smushed down on the top of the lobster. The few times I have ordered a whole lobster with stuff crab meat, it came out in the shell with stuffed crab meat inside it, not a crab cake. The brussel sprouts were overcooked with no sauce on them, which told me they were overcooked. We told the waiter and asked if they could do a new batch. He came out with the same batch of brussel sprouts, but this time, it was soaked in the sauce. Which then made the brussel sprouts soggie as they were already overcooked, but now soggie due to the extra sauce the waiter put on them. He took it off the menu, but he didn't ask us if we wanted a new batch. He just said I will take it off the menu. I only come to Capital Grille for the brussel sprouts. This location was struggling across the board on the food. We were disappointed in this location as this was our first time eating at this one.

    Due to a change in schedule, we arrived about 90 minutes early for our reservation. We were seated and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The food and service are always top notch. We had a great time as usual. Highly recommend.
