Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Eric was a fabulous waiter! Attentive yet let us have our meal without too many interruptions. The food was outstanding, as were the drinks. Lovely experience for my daughter’s 13 bday experience.

    It was our first time at The Capital Grill and we were so impressed w the food, the service and atmosphere. Our first course was a great little twist, the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Crushed Pistachios and Citrus Vinaigrette so very good. We split the main course, the Porcini-Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye with 15-Year Aged Balsamic and it was INCREDIBLE and may be one of the best restaurant steak I’ve ever had!!! Dessert was a split between the Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake and the Brûléed New York-style cheesecake, both were heavenly and light! Our server, Eric was helpful, welcoming and entertaining! We have decided that we are going to add this place into our regular rotation and not just special occasions!

    I never understand when there’s so many booths available and at the desk they confirm that we have a booth for our reservation that they leave you standing for 5 mins while ‘they check that the table is ready’! 5.45 and we are amongst the first diners for the evening. This was our 3rd Capital Grille in the last 6 weeks, each in a different State and we come back because once you get your table service and food are great. Ron certainly gave us a good evening and was very attentive. The bone-in filet was perfection and their cheesecake was overwhelming. Good job.

    Great food, great service and ambiance. We went in to the bar to watch the Kentucky Derby. The bar tender was great and made a good mint julep.
