Celebrating my best friend visiting. Our server was AMAZING! It was a wonderful experience!
It was the best time my mother and I have had in a very long time. We are still talking about how amazing and beautiful it was and plan on making it a yearly tradition for our birthdays going forward.
Delightful experience. Staff and Server very friendly. Food delicious.
Amazing experience! Just like a fairytale! Pumpkin chocolate cake spectacular!!
We were really looking forward to our visit. However, once we were seated we waited well over 20 minutes with staff passing us in clear sight before anyone ever came to wait on us for drinks, etc. It was definitely not a good first impression especially when we booked months in advance for my mother’s 73rd birthday. They could do better. Off day for them, who knows. I finally got up after 20 minutes and asked to be helped. Very disappointing.
Fantastic as always!!!! Never disappoints. Such a great experience
Very over priced food but ambiance for an 8 yr old little girl was priceless
Made my daughter’s 6th birthday seem so special for a mommy-daughter date! She loved it and can’t wait to come back!
Their food is delicious, the desserts are wonderful and we had a great time.
We had a delicious lunch in beautiful surroundings. Our server was great!
Perfect first experience to Cake Bake for my grandmother’s 84th birthday. We loved all of our food.
Lovely experience with excellent food and service! The people there were all happy and we even talked with the owner for a few minutes.
My husband and I saved money for weeks to celebrate our 15th anniversary at cake bake. We’ve heard about it for years, and planned on splurging on food and dessert. However we were extremely let down to find our table was in a weird hallway, and literally 10 feet away from the bathroom. We made reservations 3.5 months in advance only to get put in a very crappy (literally) table. We ended up only getting dessert and left very quickly. The waitress was wonderful. We were just extremely disappointed not to get to experience the ambience of cake bake like everyone talks about. We literally left and spent our money at a nice Italian restaurant instead.
Perfect place for my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday tea party. The staff are super friendly and made it a special occasion!!
We had an amazing time at the Cake Bake Shop! The food was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful!
desserts were amazing but very tiny inside. felt like we were sitting on top of each other and other tables not very relaxing for an expensive experence. kinda a one and done but would get treats to go.
Fantastic time for my 13 year old granddaughter & me for our special day together. Wonderful food & service. It was her first experience with Cake Bake..she’s now a fan too!
Great environment. Very special place to celebrate special occasions
we came in to celebrate two birthdays. The table was nit ready for quite some time. it was exceptionally loud- music was blasting - I did ask for it to be turned down but I do not believe it was. Drinks took forever. Server was very sweet. Food was good- but after being told all sandwiches could be made gluten free and waiting for our meal- they doubled back and said it could not be or gluten free. We watched other tables getting huge desserts delivered and was expecting the same- but ours came out as rather small cuts - literally the table next to use ordered the same cakes and theirs were twice the size. Cakes overall were good except the champagne cake which was dry. Lovely decor but the day left me wishing we had gone to another spot. Long expensive meal and just not hitting it on the mark.
I have eaten at the Cake Bake before- but another location- seems this spot needs a little help
Fun place for a Birthday celebration.
a get together for a birthday! jaden was a great server and we had the cutest table in the back room
I made a reservation for my girlfriend and I at this cake bake shop location in advance for 12 p.m. We were seated almost right away. The staff are so cute, friendly and attentive. I ordered a creme brûlée latte, the Turkey and gruylere sandwich, and key lime pie for dessert. The presentation is so beautiful, the food and drinks were all delicious. I walked away full with a smile on my face. The only complaint would be price however I walked in knowing it was going to be an expense and a once in a while treat. I would love to come again or even check out the Carmel location.
It’s the perfect spot for a mother daughter luncheon. Wonderful fall flavors filled the caramel pumpkin cheesecake and the beautiful fall sangria.
The staff there are wonderful!! The place is beautiful! We had a great time!!
This purely a dessert place. It is NOT a brunch site. But incredible food
Enjoyed everything except being so close to other tables. The service was a tad slow, but the food was so delicious that it was worth the wait.
We went for my birthday. They has our table ready with balloons. Our waitress was so attentive and amazing. She gave the best recommendations. The cake is AMAZING.
Everything was delicious. My rating of value was due to the size of the cake slices that we ordered to go were much smaller than they were during my last visit and the slices served in house.
My husband and I had the best time. He took me here for the first time on my birthday and I felt so special. I cant wait to go back.
Always a lovely place to go for a celebration of some sort
I thought the Cake Bake shop was very nice. It was my daughter's 15th birthday and she definitely enjoyed it. The cakes were delicious as well. The only problem was the staff. They were very generous, but I feel that they were only doing their job. I felt that they didn't want to be there. There was no energy from our waitress.
Very nice for my grand daughter and I to eat and enjoy each other.
We had a reservation and was 15 min early so we hung out, no big deal, we were early however 5 minutes later a couple came in with the same reservation time and was seated right away (in a nice open wall of the front room. We were then seated 5 minutes later in the corner next to a large group. We looked like we were in the same party, there was no definition between spaces. We were there to celebrate our 10yr wedding anniversary and couldn’t wait to leave. We couldn’t hear each other, didn’t even get to take a picture together we were so smooshed in there. Will never return to the broad ripple location.
We had a party of three for lunch. Two of the parties enjoyed their 2 for 2 sandwiches and salad but none were extraordinary for the cost. The third diner had the quiche which may have been to oddest every experienced for someone who has dined all Europe. It had the consistency of custard, the goat cheese from a taste standpoint was missing and the crust was so tough that fork tines were needed to cut it. Lastly the quality of the ham used may have been straight from the grocers deli. Deserts ranged from good (carrot cake) to a PIXIE FETTI™ CAKE that was reminiscent of a Pillsbury mix. All this for a $120 lunch. Lastly, no sweetener was presented with the coffee to end this misadventure. Best advice is go to the Carmel location for the Christmas decorations.
I brought my mom to Cake Bake for her birthday. Upon arrival we were seated right away. They had balloons and a special note on the table for her. The food was delicious, I had the choose two: chicken salad sandwich and the chicken velvet soup. Both were delicious! My mother got the French onion and an avocado grilled cheese (not on the menu but she’s vegetarian and they did not hesitate to accommodate her). We each had a mimosa, they were so good! You can taste the fresh juice. We each had a slice of cake and they were heavenly. Although this restaurant is 2 hours (one way) away from me, I will definitely make the drive to return.
It’s been 5 years and I finally got to come here. Millionaire cake I took to go. Chicken velvet soup was amazing
My daughter and I ate here for her 21st birthday lunch. We could not have been more satisfied. Our server Stephanie was attentive and made us feel important. The food and drinks were perfect. And that chocolate cake...wow! The whole experience was amazing! Cute decor! And the finishing touch of being sprinkled with fairy glitter before we left was the best! Thank you to everyone there for an amazing day of memories!
Perfect spot for a treat, especially if you need some glamour in your meal.
My daughter's first time..I was able to take her for an early birthday celebration.
Can’t wait to go back! You must order the blackberry avocado salad and the crab cake
