Our family-friendly Monterey Bay restaurant is close to the Aquarium, situated over sapphire waters and immersed in the natural beauty of the California coast. The C restaurant features only seafood endorsed by Seafood Watch of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The delicious Arctic Char featured on Executive Chef Matt Bolton's menus is similar to salmon in taste, texture and color, but is available year-round, and is rated a "best choice" by Seafood Watch.

Located at the upscale InterContinental The Clement Monterey hotel on Monterey Bay. Every table at the C restaurant has a view of the pristine and scenic Monterey Bay. My wife and I enjoy visiting Monterey. We are foodies, and love to experience and enjoy our dining choices. Tonight our Choice was C Restaurant, we were hoping to have a special meal and a view. All I can say is everything we expected was surpassed what we thought we would experience. The meals were splendid, flavors that made out taste buds dance. The view was wonder and romantic. Service was so personal and so professional. Our server Tony was the greatest server I have EVER experienced. I have been in food service for over 45 years. Tony was such an awesome person, be sure to ask for Tony to be your server when you visit C Restaurant in Monterey/ Cannery Row.

Tony, our waiter, was knowledgeable and gracious. Fantastic service!! The meals arrived at our table hot, just as they should have been! The fish was prepared perfectly. The view from our table was great. The valets did the best they could, but the traffic on Cannery Row at 6:00 on a Saturday night is AWFUL!

First time in Monterey so not a lot of experience with the competition. However, we really enjoyed our meal here. Nice table by the window. Prompt and friendly service. The menu wasn't the best for my wife, she had the Mary's chicken, which she did enjoy. I had the Sea Bass. It was really, really good. Perfectly cooked, great presentation. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

We chose to eat at a the C Restaurant for Easter because they weren’t serving buffet style. They had a breakfast menu as well as specials. The 3 of us ordered different entrees and we very pleased with our orders.

What a great spot for Easter brunch! The Easter bunny made an appearance and the otters were in full view on the Bsy! The honey toast is a must order and they had Crab Benedict and millionaires bacon on the special Easter menu! Service is always awesome! Will definitely return!!

Went for breakfast after our sunrise wedding and the hotel pulled out the stops to make (what is simply a breakfast) a special moment. Thank you IHG, particular thanks to our server Jesus.
