Food is great....ambiance old world Deer Valley....Nice quiet out of the way place..Great for families..
Menu has become too limited…it has changed over the past 3.5 years. While the food is very good, menu does not offer enough variety to appeal to a group (of four). Cocktails are overpriced…$20 for a “house” old-fashioned is above market, especially for this type of venue.
I have come here many times. I liked the mountain comfort food and the unusual items like avocado fries. This was my first visit this year and I found the food unappealing. I had the bolognese and it was dry. There were only two entrees. neither one a fish dish. you could add chicken or shrimp to the pastas--how unoriginal. The table ordered a pizza which was good- arugula and artichoke. It was as if you had a salad started but more tasty.
My wife was served room temperature ravioli. They corrected it swiftly. Always appreciated. Bar was closed. Bummer. Covid can’t end fast enough. Overall great spot and great food
Excellent food and ambience. Host very attentive
We were at Brass Tag over Christmas and had our New Years Eve dinner there. The food was cooked well but the menus was limited to two choices for a main course if you are interested in a meat dish ( a 10 ounce steak and a veal tomahawk ). The wine list is very limited too. The atmosphere is cozy and easy. The service is decent.
Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.
Very nice waitress and great appetizers and deserts
The service could not have been better - extremely nice staff. However, the main courses were sub-par. Over-cooked pizza. Room temp pasta. Etc. We went there because of the various gluten-free and vegan options- but those were incredibly limited.
We had an 8 pm reservation and they were out of 3 wines and 4 dishes on the menu. Considering it’s not a very extensive menu that was disappointing. We were offered a special — which we found out upon receiving the check was $40 vs the $28 entree cost. The waitress was friendly but came by 3 times in the one hour while we were eating to ask we were done even though we were obviously still eating. I would not recommend this restaurant though the cheese fondue was great.
Good service and yummy food. More of a casual atmosphere than I was expecting for the design of the restaurant and cost of the meal. Online it seemed more like upscale dining.
We dined here on Christmas Day. The service was so good and the pizzas were even better! The Brass Tag made our Christmas Day delicious!! Thanks for being open for Christmas Day!!
Great option for DV guests staying in Snow Park area.
I almost don't want to write this as I think it's one of the best kept secrets in Park City. Food, staff, ambiance and noise level are all fantastic.
Most of the food we ordered was good, but our pizza was burnt, literally black crust. When I mentioned it the the server she did not offer to make another one or take it off our bill. I hope they read this and train their staff to handle these situations better. I would have given a higher mark if not for this issue which was not handled well.
Great evening. Food was great and service was very good. Highly recommend
A group of six neighbors walked over for dinner last night. All the entree were excellent, good portions and presented well. Our server Faye was great and very efficient, the Manager Willow was very welcoming. Menu had varied choices, all at good prices. This restaurant has been on an upward trajectory for last couple of years. The Brass Tag is becoming a neighborhood gem. 5 stars!
Everything was amazing. Great restaurant. Delicious pizza. Highly recommend.
Chose based on how close it was to our lodge. Service was good, but the food wasn't very flavorful ( Pumpkin ravioli and a flat bread pizza). Portion size of the ravioli (even with shrimp added for $8) was small and left me hungry. A $36 dollar meal should at least be filling.
Excellent fontina cheese fondue appetizer and the pumpkin ravioli was delicious and unique. It was not busy on a Thursday night. Small place we were happy to find!
The Brass tag offers a wonderful and creative cocktail menu. The ambiance is comfortable and rustic which is great for the cold winter weather. The open kitchen/fire oven lends to the warmth and cozy feeling. The food is delicious and has an authentically italian flare. definitely off the beaten path, but a very nice alternative to "Main Street". The Brass Tag is THE hidden Gem of deer Valley!!
Didn’t realize they had changed their menu to now being just Italian food. Very limited unless you want pasta or pizza, and fairly expensive for those. As always, wonderful service, but disappointed in the new menu for the cost.
Excellent food and service!
Interesting dishes. I had the pumpkin ravoli and it was so good. Fondue also very good.
Great food, good service. We will be back.
We were waited on by one of the managers and she was attentive and responsive to our needs. We were on a time crunch to attend a concert and she got us out in planty of time
Great food and service.
We have been many times. Many missing things on menu. Pizza sat under warming lites while other entrees were prepared. It was cool and burnt on bottom, chef should know better timing. Salad saturated with dressing and I never leave a salad.
Great and delicious menu!
amazing and creative food, and outstanding service! we love the open kitchen- we love to come back time after time and are never disappointed!! highly recommend this “off” main street restaurant
Salad and pizza was excellent. Bottled beer prices were unusually expensive.
Service was extremely slow and our food was brought out cold and rubbery pasta. Also the menu was pretty limited and they had items missing. However the food that got there was good.
It was amazing!!! Everything was perfect, from the service and the food…
Place is a little hard to find. Small sign that leads to underground parking garage. We shared pizza and pasta - both very good. Service was excellent.
Our food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The menu is small but all three items we had were spectacular. Our first visit but not our last!
Huge menu change since they hired a chef from Italy. No signature burger (disappointing)..and everything leans toward pasta. Good Caesar salad- pizzas were amazing! Great thin crust- resembled flatbread- done in wood-fired oven. Had to ask for forks, knives- extra plates… waiter didn’t circle back at all- very busy.
Very busy, so understaffed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Tasty food (lobster ravioli, gelato, chic chip cookie & ice cream), so so cocktail (Dew Drop). Will go again as close by.
The service was friendly and attentive. That's the only reason for two stars. The food was pretty much horrible, especially for the price. The artichoke was barely edible, the fried cheese tasted like old, not hot enough oil, the lobster ravioli was tough pasta, cold, and spare, which was ok because who would want to eat more! The wine was $18 a glass. At least it was decent wine, but I couldn't afford to buy enough to overwrite the horrible food.
There is no decor. Everything needs to be updated. The food was bad. We had gnocchi which was not pillowy. We think they may have pan fried it. The sauce had a layer of grease on top. We had chicken added to it and they just laid a grilled chicken breast on top. We also order the ravioli which was bland. The pepperoni and sausage pizza was fine but again very greasy. The Caesar salad was a wedge of romaine with some dressing and Parmesan cheese. Nothing special. Sorry, but would not eat here again.
The service was friendly and very efficient.
The food was very tasty and the cheese curds were better than ones we’ve had in Wisconsin.
