   Server was great management was not professional and should always put the customer first. Basic 101 ‘s for being a manager are lacking and sad for such a great place to eat.

   First time here. Will definitely be back. Not sure why there weren’t that many people there on a Saturday night.

   We went there for corn beef and cabbage and it was horrible the cabbage was not even hardly cooked Or carrots.

   Food is very old school but tasty aside from the filet. Very charred outside unlike any filet mignon I’ve ever seen. Very chewy.

   We have dined at The Brass Door many times, and it has never disappointed. Excellent menu, very attentive service and a great drinks.

   I will chalk this up to being Valentines Day but the prime rib "Medium" was terribly rare. We had to send ours back. The middle room was extremely loud. Again, it was a very busy night so I won't say I won't try this place again...just not on a holiday.

    After officially retiring, I decided to take the family out for a celebratory meal. Our waiter Carlos, was great!! The appetizers were delicious!! We had the cheesy crab garlic bread, cheesy garlic bread, potato skins & calamari. Then on to the main meal, we had prime rib, filet mignon & an open faced steak sandwich. The drinks were also good. To top that off, we all had a piece of chocolate cake. There was six of us & we couldn’t have had any better service. FYI there was a couple of my family who are extremely picky, which none of them were disappointed. I highly recommend The Brass Door. I read a couple reviews about it being too noisy. We went on a Monday night & it wasn’t too bad. Hopefully y’all have just as good experience, if not better than we did.
