   Service fantastic kept our glasses topped all the time. Food good and great atmosphere would recommend the bottomless brunch!!

   Looks like a cool place but the food is very average and the service is poor . Horribly overpriced for basic chicken breast and lamb burger that is essentially Frankie and benny standard Service awful. Slow and inattentive. All the basics not don't well. Could be so much better

   Good food, cool venue and great service. Might be worth saying in advance that the bottomless brunch starts at the time of your reservation rather than the time of your order.

   Went for the Brunch. Service excellent. Glasses were constantly topped up. Unfortunately did not think much of the food. Soup was a congealed mass of soaked up bread. Crab linguine was noodles which were all stuck together. Sticky toffee was far too stodgy and no sauce. We had an enjoyable time but would not return.

   Service was fantastic! Couldn’t decide to what to get and my waitress very politely suggested the salmon fish cake! I will definitely be back for that alone! Delicious!

   I really wish you'd have tables further apart; it's like having lunch with strangers when you're on one of those tables for two.

   Met a friend for dinner at 7.30. The place was not terribly full. She's veggy and they have some options she was happy with. I had a burger which was ok, fries marginally underdone. Her veggy main was pathetic for the price. More like a starter. We had puds that were fine and filled some gaps. I think it was before 10.00 we were told the bar was closing and asked if we wanted a last drink. Glad we didn't because soon bright lights came on and there was plenty of banging and crashing going on by the staff. Message received.

   I booked this restaurant for my boyfriends birthday and we did the bottomless brunch. I've been to the botanist before as well as their sister restaurant in broadgate also and had brilliant experiences both times. Unfortunately this time round the food was extremely poor but the level of service that we received from our waiter and the manager/maitre'd was really outstanding, so in spite of the food tasting comparable to a mcdonalds cheeseburger and being burnt, it's something we could laugh off at the end of the day. It's rare that you get such brilliant customer service so to the waiter (I didn't get your name) thank you for being understanding and it hasn't deterred me from visiting in the future. : )

   Staff were attentive. Starters were lovely, mains not quite what we were expecting. A little disappointed that I had mentioned we were there as it was my daughter’s 18th Birthday but nothing special was done to mark it.

    I had done some research before hand about where to go for bottomless brunch and this place offered the best selection of drinks I could find. The food was absolutely incredible and I would definitely recommend the mac and cheese croquettes to start! We were waited on hand and foot, our glasses were never empty, and the service was fun and friendly.
