Food quality was excellent. We always love the steaks and their creme brulee, but we tried a special half chicken and goat milk cheesecake on this visit. The execution of both was top notch. The service, as always, was excellent. Highly recommend

Excellent service nd excellent food. The filet was cooked to perfection and was the most tender steak we have ever tasted.

We have eaten at The Bistro many times over the last 15 years and this was the worst meal we have ever had. The foccacia we ordered was stale and hard and the olive oil served with it had no taste at all. I ordered trout and it was also tasteless and the vegetables served with it were supposed to be cooked but were hard and they were radishes and turnips, neither of which had any taste at all and were too hard to eat. Those two vegetable should never be served together due to their lack of taste unless you do something to change that. My husband's first order was chicken liver pate with crostinis and he couldn't eat any of it. He said it tasted horrible, then he ordered French onion soup and it was equally awful. I tasted it and he was right. It had not flavor of french onion soup and tasted like dishwater. We did not ask for anything to be taken off our bill but they took off his orders, which we appreciated. It is sad to see a restaurant that was once wonderful to go down so much. Not sure why, but it needs to be fixed and right away.

This was a wonderful dining experience to a most wonderful day! I had gone to the Tutankhamen exhibit with my brother and our friends, and as a belated birthday gift we decided to go to the Bistro! I had made the reservations a few weeks prior and it worked out beautifully! Steve and I had the Filet Mignon and Lester and Wendy the Scallops. The food was divine!
