   Overall great experience. Our server, Bobby, was personable, knowledgeable, attentive and funny. The drink prices were pretty much what we expected. For the little bit of food we had, I think the prices were on the extreme side.

   Amazing food and service! The staff is on point. The Filet Mignon was unbelievable. Shout out to chef Gabe who made a perfect lobster risotto. Highly recommend!

   We love The Bistro and make a point of visiting whenever we can. The steaks and seafood options are consistently excellent. On this most recent visit we arrived early for our reservation but were able to order cocktails while we waited for our table. Nataly was our server and she was friendly, helpful and efficient.

   They no longer provide bread assortment with meals. You can only order focaccia bread. The shrimp appetizer was not edible. Whipped potatoes had no flavor. They do not offer baked potatoes. The French Onion soup was very good. The steaks were also very good. Service and atmosphere were very good.

   We highly recommend the mussels. The lamb special was absolutely amazing. The meat fell off the bone. The vegetables and accompanying purée/sauces were excellent. The Crème brulee is also highly recommended. It’s been a while since we ate here so we’re glad we decided to celebrate a birthday at Biltmore’s Bistro. The food, service and lively ambiance were all excellent.

    I had the filet and my wife had the ribeye . Mine was fine, my wife’s was terrible. Hers was thin and gray, with almost no flavor. She didn’t finish it and the server had it removed (we didn’t ask, he simply did it, which was nice). The problem with the Bistro is they simply have you hostage unless you get in your car and travel outside of the grounds. Because of that, the prices don’t reflect the quality of what you get. Filet $62 Ribeye $65 Caesar salad $15 (each) Cheese board $30 I’m not cheap and certainly have spent way more than this on a meal before, but the food here simply isn’t worth it.
