Came here for an anniversary date and was very impressed with the food choices and drinks menu. We had a dining reservation as the bowling is on a first come first serve basis, but around lunch time, it's not too bad.

We hardly had a server around the alley, but when they were around, the service was friendly and the food did arrive quite quickly.

They have daily drinks specials (Saturday $4 Caesars) which makes the bowling ten times better.

Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Great patio and crowd scene.

Nice place, beautiful sitting areas, service was horrible. We were the only table our waitress was serving yet it was so slow. Three different things we ordered weren't available. Repeatedly had to ask for drinks 3 times in order to get one. Server was probably new so Ill give it another chance.

When I was reserving a spot using open table, I did not realize that this was for the dining room and not the bowling lanes. It was very nice of them to accommodate us regardless and we were able to enjoy our night. Akila (sp?) was very helpful and is super hot.

Overall a great experience but it would be helpful to include on the open table reservations that bowling lanes must be booked separately.

The place is a lot of fun! There were only 4 of us and we came to bowl and grab a bite to eat! The service was excellent but the food was okay!

Came here for dinner with a group of friends.

We ordered fried cheese curds. Delicious! They were really good.
Ordered Mac and cheese with shaved sirloin for dinner. I wasn't a fan of the Mac and cheese because it was dry. Sirloin was good, though. A friend of mine ordered the 1/2 BBQ chicken and that was amazing !
Their portions are huge!

There was a one and a half hour long wait to get a lane for bowling. It's a good thing we put our names on the wait list before dinner.

Drinks were good, food was not bad and the atmosphere was awesome!

Hello,

I recently booked reservations for a small corporate event using the on-line tool. I made reservations for 12 people for dinner in the dining room. When I arrived, my group of 12 had been placed in a semi-circular booth (suitable for cocktails, not for dining), which comfortable would have accommodated 7-8 people not 12. When I protested the accommodations, I was told that that was how the on-line computer reservations worked; that he computer would select a suitable spot according to the reservations made and that they (on-site staff), had nothing to do with that. The problem with that was that there was no room for 12 people.
I will not be recommending your venue to my co-workers at Johnson & Johnson or any other corporations.

Booked a corporate event for visitors from overseas. Overall the food was average pub fair but good. I had also reserved two bowling lanes for our guests. Unfortunately, upon arriving was told that our reservation no longer existed. Apparently the server was down
on the weekend causing all reservations to be lost???) Anyways, they decided to fit 11 of us on one lane. Lanes are crampd as is so trying to fit 11 of us on 1 was not a very enjoyable. Overall ,will not be booking another corporate event at the ballroom.

I planned a company event here, based on the activities such as games and bowling. I was expecting okay food, but was very impressed and so were my colleagues. I had the pulled pork sandwich, it was fantastic - highly recommended. Our server and the bowling lane attendants went out of their way to make us feel welcome...this is a great location and a great spot to go with a group.

IF you are looking for a nice family style restaurant atmosphere with a bowling alley look no further. With the most juiciest wings and burgers that will put you into a coma after eating you will LOVE The Ballroom.

Though our server was having a off day it did not tarnish my experience of the restaurant.

If you are in the mood for having some drinks with friends and have some appetizers, this is the right place, you can drink play bowling, ping pong, even x-box. Now if the mood is telling you to sit down, enjoy a nice gourmet dinner so you can talk with your significant other or friends, it is definitely not the right place, the service is going to be very slow, the music too loud and the food not that good.

Had a birthday party here on a Wednesday, everyone was having such a great time that we ended up staying till close (originally planned a quiet short night out).
The staff was very accommodating, energetic and tentative.
Hard for a group not to have fun unless you're allergic to a good time.

A bowling alley underneath and a resto up top....interesting combo that works for the Ballroom. Fun spot for a casual bite to eat. Foodies stay away as there is nothing here for you but if you want an energetic place to park yourself and grab some food, this is your place. Waitresses are very friendly and helpful and the hostess not so much. Funny how that happens sometimes.

We were at the Ballroom during a Maple Leaf playoff hockey game. Service was slow because it was packed so it was expected.
Ambience was good if you were there to watch the game and join in the fan excitement. . good spot for a fun night out

The Ballroom entrance leads you to a small bowling alley. You walk upstairs to the dining area where there is a performer on stage, ping pong tables and seating and bar areas. The food was good casual dining fare and the vibe was upbeat. If you want quiet, do not go here but if you want fun, give it a try.

Sadly we weren't able to get a lane for bowling, but other than that we had a great time and were treated very, very well.

Loved the overall venue! Great design!!!
Great layout and if you love to watch a sports game best place to do so.

A few minor issues about booking on line...
I thought I had booked 2mths in advance for a lane but the night of my event I called hrs in advance and was told that none where open and that really nothing could be done and I had to wait 2 hrs for a lane when my party arrived. :( We did get over it though as we ordered food.

Food from what we ordered:
Nachos platter = amazing
Flat bread dishes = amazing
Pad Thai = horrible (odd paste sauce)
Veggie Burger = avoid at all costs, it was like a paste and horrible taste
REAL Burger = AMAZING
Fries = AMAZING

Wait Staff:
She was fantastic. Cheery, fast and knowledgeab

The restaurant was not busy yet it took over an hour to bring our food out, which was eggs! The server kept on insisting that they were plating our food - pretty sure it doesn't take 20 minutes to plate and she looked annoyed that we were annoyed. Do not come here hungry!!

It was a lot of fun. It was Girls Night Out and we all had a great time. The 5 to 9 band was better than the night band. But we were still dancing. We would go back again and bring our husbands.

Loved the vibe at lunch, not crowded at all and the waitress was attentive. The portions were very generous and surprisingly delicious for what seems like average pub fare on their web site. The kids loved the games room. The staff were open to changing the channel for us in the restaurant. Bowling was fun. Service was not as attentive in the bowling section and our request to change the channel was never made.
