Luke was our server for the evening and he did an outstanding job. He was pleasant, respectful and attentive. My wife had the fish (as she always does) and I had the clams and pasta. The food was served hot and fresh. I also had the black bean soup which was excellent. This was a wonderful meal and experience. We will do this again.

I love Cameron Mitchell restaurants but last nights experience was disappointing due to service. My order came out incorrect (wrong side and sauce was not prepared correct). It took quite a while for someone to rectify both situations, and I was mostly done with the main entree when corrected sauce and side was delivered. Wait time for drinks was a bit long as well. Food was wonderful, and I will go back again. I am willing to pay for quality food and service, but expect to receive both at a restaurant such as this.

A very good experience except for a familiar problem, getting my steak cooked the way I want. I ask for medium every time, describe it (color change most of the way through except for perhaps a thin centerline of pink. No part of the steak should be blood rare). I had a porterhouse and it was close, and allowing for it being bone in I acquiesced not least because sending a dish back disrupts the rhythm of the meal. I have had a similar problem at Avenue Dublin except there my server saw fit to question my cooking selection and recommend something different. It just seems to me a restaurant that prides itself on and features steak should make getting things done the way the customer selects effortless - or at least less bothersome

the food was very good all around. We ordered veal Milanese, stroganoff, and a filet and every dish was done right and tasted great. The service was excellent and so was the music. Great experience. We'll be back soon.

Our table was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait an additional 28 minutes after our reservation time. The table we were promised at reservation had been given to another group. Our server was very nice, management was not helpful or even apologietic. Sides were served cold. Salt and condiments were not available. Guests waist over 15 minutes for butter. Completely disappointed in the experience and the response to our problems.

Usif, was very loud and in your face but we loved him! He is very proud of his work and I love that about people! He takes pride in serving his clients and does anything you ask with a “ yes sir” “I’ll make it happen sir” . He made our anniversary night dinner very enjoyable!

The service was absolutely outstanding, from the greeting to the waiter (Luke was delightful!!), everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel like we were the only ones there! The mixed drinks were perfect, the filets were tender and cooked perfect as ordered! Side were delicious (asparagus was soft but firm, not mushy!), loaded baked potato with perfect amounts of toppings, and the cheesecake and chocolate cake were worth over-filling our stomachs! This was our first time to The Avenue and we WILL be back!! Overall, The Avenue is worth every penny!!

I love everything about Cameron Mitchell restaurants. However, this time my visit to the Avenue was disappointing. I’ve had the worst steak, ribeye that I’ve ever had at the Cameron Mitchell restaurant. I’ve had their steaks there before and they’ve been good. They offered to replace the steak which I declined. I almost didn’t want to post this because it’s very atypical of Cameron Mitchell restaurants.

The hostess dropped the ball once we got seated and we waited for 15-20 mins to be greeted by a server in a near empty restaurant. Serivice from there was mediocre as well as the food. The restaurant had a strong smell to it and there a host of flies buzzing around. Definitely not the best restaurant or experience and food quality has decreased in recent times.

Food, drinks and service were outstanding as usual! We celebrated our anniversary and everyone made us feel special. Susanna was our waitress and did a fantastic job. We even got to enjoy a little small talk with her which was nice. Over the past 10 years we have probably been here 20-30 times and every single time we have been well cared for and the food is always on point. Crab cake, Cesar salad, planters punch with the homemade grenadine (amazing!), steak frites, scallops and dessert ALL were perfect. The Grandview location never disappoints! We will be back soon!

Great value for a steakhouse. The Taveran Salad is reminiscent of the 55 on the Boulevard Restaurant salad. So you can get an entree with a salad choice and side included in a neighborly environment with great service by people like Suzannah or Yusef.
