I’ve visited several other times this location. overall the staff very professional service, food selection was great I feel the price is reasonable for what you get. When it comes to soft drinks I feel that a fountain option would work and would not effect any of the profits factors . So far I have not encountered any dislikes or concerns that need to be addressed I would highly recommend this location for date night or larger gatherings.

Making our reservations was very easy. I was sent a reminder and asked to let the restaurant know when we were on the way. When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated right away and service was quick and the food was delish!

Our servers Hector and Raul did a great job, it was the front of the house that was the issue. When I called to let them know, we were running late, a young lady with probably an eastern European accent really was not friendly and had an attitude. When we went to leave, we asked her to take a picture because it was our anniversary, and the same young lady had an attitude, it was as if we were bothering her. I would encourage Texas de Brazil to do some training on hospitality with the front of the house , the people at the front of the house should put the best foot forward for the restaurant, this tall, dark haired young lady did not, she consistently gave the impression that we were a bother & that she was annoyed. I’m not sure why she’s working there if she doesn’t like her job.

My husband and I recently had reservations here for our very first time at a Brazilian steak house. The meat options were great along with the salad and side bar. The only issue was there was a piece of hair in the rice pan. The dessert we got was crème brûlée and the three layered chocolate cake, both were amazing. The servers coming around with meat were very nice and accommodating. We will definitely return!

Love coming here for an occasional date with my other half. Always come back for the lamb. Was a little disappointed due to never being offered lamb chops and did not see any staff with them until we were already eating dessert.

We Came here to celebrate two birthdays and added it to our notes, hoping that it was acknowledged. once we sat down the server never properly introduced herself or asked us if we were celebrating anything compared to what we saw other servers doing when greeting their tables, and our server rarely visited our table. In the end I had to let her know that we were celebrating a birthday. The overall experience was okay the food was good, the environment, the server assistant were doing well checking up on us often and everything it just felt like our server could have done a better job.

It’s been several years since we’ve been to Texas de Brazil for lunch, we’ve been favoring dinner time, but our schedule did not permit a birthday celebration any evening during the week. And I was shocked at the poor service, I sat with my card on green for 15+ minutes multiple times with no meats offered to me, I had to ask for gauchos, and then I had to ask the gauchos about refills of my iced tea, I had to ask for refills of bread, which never came. The restaurant was not full, the gauchos moving from table to table should have been more efficient, this is clearly a training issue. And, also, despite noting in our reservation that it was a special birthday and mentioning to our waiter that it was a special birthday, there was no singing or little festivities at the table. This was a disappointing trip. I’m glad I learned about their lunchtime service because it will definitely impact my use of their nighttime service.
