    Was overall very disappointed. Went to celebrate my girlfriend's 40th birthday. I saw many tables also celebrating special occasions, all of which got a complimentary dessert. Since what we were celebrating was special, I had brought my own cake. We didn't get a complimentary dessert, which is understandable, but i would expect at least a comped drink maybe? Server interrupted us while my girlfriend was opening her card and having a personal intimate moment. absolutely no self awareness. did it again when we brought out the cake. he offered to serve us, which was nice, but I said we needed another minute... and then never returned so we cut it ourselves. They didn't have a chip reader for the card and gave me a hard time because they had issues swiping my card. they eventually worked it out but it put a sour taste in my mouth. Also, I am Brasilian and was taking my girlfriend to have her first Brasilian steakhouse experience. there was no Brasilian music being played, just a lot of bachata, cumbia, and other spanish music which made me very dissapointed. The cocktails were not good. Overall disappointed in the whole experience and regret booking the reservation

    We have such a wonderful experience, every single time we visit!! Our waiter was outstanding! The food is incredible…..I actually stayed low carb, and fully stuffed lol. Such a great family outing.

    I understand that there wasn't a lot of food variety at lunch, but the food came so slowly that we had to wait for the servers to bring us the meat, and talk for more than 5 minutes before we could eat any other meat. So I don’t recommend going to lunch time.

    We had a waitress come and introduce herself as our server (Jimena i believe) , she never came back to check in on us at all, every time we tried to call her over she would ignore us. We ended up getting helped from another waiter who eventually started serving and refilling our drinks. We give him 5 stars and we give her a big 0 horrible service from her.

    We had a “light” lunch which means salad bar only. I have visited for dinner and found everything excellent. This visit a screaming baby who the parents did nothing was somewhat annoying but not the restaurants problem it was the parents. Overall we had an enjoyable lunch and the food was great.

    made a reservation, got to restaurant and waited a few minutes to be seated. Then once seated our server took our order for drinks then we were bombarded with the meat servers. it was great and I recommend the chicken wrapped in bacon!

    We haven’t been in a while and was disappointed. The salad bar was good as usual but the meat portion was disappointing. We turned our card over and we waiting for over 15 mins to get someone to stop by with meat. I finally had to ask my waiter to get them over to our table. The meat was all too rare and there was blood all over my plate. Our waiter was a whole story in its self, so unfriendly. Disappointing for $160

    Two of us dined and both got sick. It was both of our first time there. It will be the last. There are better options for the money. The service was horrible. The carvers spoke broken English. When you say you dint thier meat they rudely walked off. They didn't seem to like what they do or wanted to serve people.

    The food is very very very good. The experience is really great. It's really hard to pay $60 plus Schaumburg tax plus tip considering the amount of food I can eat. It's also a bummer that the restaurant is so loud on a Saturday night that it's hard to hold a conversation.

    My parents and older sister came into town to visit for my mother's birthday, and they wanted to have brunch at Texas de Brazil. The food was fabulous, and my older sister, despite having some serious health/dietary restrictions, was able to enjoy the meal as well. The servers were very accommodating, and we were asked twice if there was a specific cut of meat we were waiting for, which was promptly brought to our table. As always, a lovely experience.

    Not our best time there. We were asked three times if we wanted anything specific for meats and we said yes lamb chops each time, but they didn’t come out with them until we were almost done. Then my son asked if he could have more and was told no only 2. Otherwise, service was good.

    Your server can make or break your evening. It was obvious that he was devoting all his attention to his big tables and two tops just weren’t on his radar. We waited at least 20 minutes for a glass of wine and a cocktail after we started our meal. We waited for him to come over and offer dessert. Seemed ticked that we didn’t want the up charges for after dinner drinks..Not everyone drinks anymore and it shouldn’t affect your service. We waited over 20 min for a check because he was too busy with his big tables. Maybe allow your back waits to settle up tabs. The food was ok. Not great. Didn’t even recognize that we had a birthday we were celebrating too but did recognize it at the two big tables around us. And, for the cost - 60 per person without tax, tip, dessert, drinks I think you can do much better elsewhere where as a couple you won’t be an afterthought. We could’ve gone to Morton’s or Ruth’s Chris for a delicious meal for the same price. Disappointing and Dissatisfied.

    Carl was our server and he did a tremendous job! Made sure our needs were met and addressed our minimal issues. We mentioned to him we were hoping to see some filet mingon, and within 20 seconds filet mingon was at our table. Truly a wonderful experience and he truly made our visit there special and a memory!

    The food was delicious! Go when you’re very hungry because you will be incredibly well fed. The meat just keeps on coming, hot, flavorful and cooked to perfection however you prefer it - rare, medium, and well done. The salad bar has a lot of options for those who may not be meat eaters. The servers were happy to accommodate requests and provided great service. This was a birthday celebration and a complimentary dessert was served to the person being celebrated! It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it for people with big appetites!

    Great dinner, there are some pieces garlic sirloin and spicy that come out that are very , very tough. Not edible, but most was delicious

    This is actually one of our favorite places but this last visit wasn’t what we were used to. The servers were great as the salad bar. The problem was the meat the reason why we go, my wife and I included our guests were constantly asking for medium and was receiving mostly well done, so we started asking for medium rare only to get raw. The chicken and lamb, pork all seemed overcooked and dry. We had conversations at the table about should we say something to management, but we just bit our tongue and said nothing. We left a generous tip as the servers were really nice. But thinking about it we should have said something as we usually go here a few times a year and always consistent, not this time unfortunately. I was really embarrassingly disappointment to our friends from out of town who we bragged so much about this place that we had to apologize for the quality of the meal. The wife and I might think twice now if we will go back, it’s unfortunate as we loved this place

    It was my fiancé and I first time to the restaurant. To be honest it will be my last coming. The waiter is nice but not as attentive. And for the food is good but not great. But the food service was poorly. I have finish my plate and yet have to wait for the service that just went around by in the middle of the room not going around the restaurant. It sadly, the waiter saw me and husband waiting and ask if we have any specific meat. The waiter let food come in our way but yet not as attentive. It was nice atmosphere.

    The same food was presented to our table over and over. We certainly did not have the option of all the different meat as they never came around. At the end of our meal, the ribs finally came around and never received the filet. It was also hard to hear what each different food option was. Did not like the salad bar.

    We had a fantastic lunch. Service is always on point here. My water glass is never more than half empty. The food was superb. We noticed that the salt level in all the meats seemed to be less than before. That is a definite improvement. It did not affect the flavors at all and also did not leave us feeling like we had consumed too much salt. Market Table (Salad bar extraordinaire) was perfect as always. I also think people overlook the delicious sides items adjacent to the Market Table like the Feijoada Black Beans (so full of flavor) and Potatoes au Gratin. An overall great meal with great service too!
