Texas de Brazil- Brazilian Steakhouse is carving a new experience in dining! The concept combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the spirit of Texas, for a dining experience unmatched anywhere else. Voted as one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat, Texas de Brazil features a dynamic menu of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all deliciously seasoned, cooked over an open flame and carved tableside by the Gauchos. The restaurant also features a 50-item, fresh gourmet salad area containing seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses, authentic Brazilian dishes and other specialties. The food was pricey, but it tasted great. One of my favorite things was the grilled pineapple. I also loved the bacon wrapped chicken and the sirloin steak. I would definitely eat at Texas de Brazil again.

Overall experience was very good. Staff was terrific and very attentive. Salad bar offerings were plentiful, unique and very good. Onslaught of various meats was prolific….and don’t forget to turn your card to red if you need a break or to stop it from coming! A couple of the meats were a little dry but the pichana (spelling?), a known-for Brazilian beef was delicious! Red sangria delish! Just be prepared to pay….$$$$

My carnivore boys love this restaurant. It is always part of our trip. It didn’t fail. The food and the service were excellent.

Wasn’t sure how it was going to go after reading some negative reviews online, but our experience was wonderful. Salad bar was great, as always. Drinks were on point. The steak, chicken and sausage was excellent and we never wanted for new cuts as the gauchos definitely didn’t avoid our table. Hilarious and attentive service all around, I don’t think our water glasses even got less than half full all night. It was pretty busy too. I would definitely recommend this location, the staff from top to bottom made sure we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and left with full bellies and smiling. 10/10 on the service.
