Welcome to the height of fine dining. Welcome to Tex
No papaya cream, some of the cuts have a lot joints no possible to eat. Good things is all the time feel safe in the environment.
My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. Our waiter Victor was excellent and made sure we had a great experience. He even read our notes and new it was our anniversary so he surprised us with a special note written in chocolate on our dessert plate. He is a true professional and a pleasure to have had him as a waiter.
The restaurant does a fairly good job of making sure the tables are far enough away from each other, but even with fewer tables, the waitress still struggled to take care of our table successfully. One of our salad plates was missing part of our order. One of of the salads in our party never even arrived. My husband and I had our tabs to green and the other two in our party had them turned to red, so the meat people either skipped our table completely, or kept asking the other two in our party if they wanted food. I also asked for another bowl of soup that I never received. Overall, the meat was great, the sides were cold, the server wasn’t the best, and the price for the type of service and food wasn’t quite worth it. We still tipped well though because... 2020 sucks.
We have celebrated our anniversary with them for a few years now and this will be our last. I had requested a private table - we were put by the front walk way. We had a coupon, the waiter treated us like we were being cheap. I asked about the anniversary dessert, we were given one option only and again made to feel like we were being cheap. Bill came and also showed we were not fully comped for a dessert but waiter said we were. Just not very friendly and the food was okay. Meats were decent but used to be better. We didn't get to see the whole variety like they used to have. It felt very limited. Cheese bread recipe seems to have also changed - not as chewy and rich. They were also never hot, just room temp. I also found it odd that when seated we had to wait to get silverware and plates and water, then when my water was brought it was tap water with no ice. This used to be a nice romantic place for our anniversary but it has changed so much. Also saw several customers walk in wearing shorts, t-shirt and flip flops. We will be going elsewhere from now on.
Always a wonderful experience in food, service and atmosphere.
Celebrating birthday with friends. Everything was wonderful!
Best cuts of meat and excellent service.
I won't go to a steakhouse anymore as you get so much more for what you pay here.
Very disappointed with the quality of the food, especially with the meats. The variety of the meats was very limited as well
The food was good but there wasn’t a big variety. We went there to celebrate my grandmother’s 70th so we had a party of 14. Each of us had to place orders for our sides because the salad bar was closed due to COVID which was a little inconvenient. The real issue was at the end, we ended up separating the bill into 5 payments but after everything was paid for the waitress, Erika came back to let us know that we needed to pay for one more meal. She was loud and unprofessional and after reviewing our orders we came to the discovery that she had forgotten about the ONLY bill that was paid for in cash that ended up still being inside her bill folder. After a poor apology from the manager we all left with the conclusion that it wasn’t a place that we would be going back to.
Great. Very delicious.
Pedro was a fantastic server and gave wonderful drink recommendations!
The overall service was great. It was at some times hard to get any meat since we sat in the corner and the servers seemed to always miss us. We ended up Informing management about this issue and it was taken care of. Everyone was extremely nice and treated us well.
It was my husband’s birthday. They did not even sing or say happy birthday to their guests... very poor services & treated us poorly the 1sts time we ate at this restaurant. We expected everything to be good, same as another Brazilian restaurant we frequently go to but it wasn’t!
Food was cold. They didn’t have the same food that their menu said it has. Everything we asked for they said don’t have. It’s a steak house buffet but I only ate 2 types of steak...
I DON’T RECOMMEND this place nor will I COME BACK THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN
Juan was a terrible server with a bad attitude he needs training or look for a change of career.
I was very disappointed in my experience. I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my close friends. We had a party of 8. Our lobster bisque and other sides came out cold. It took over 45 minutes before we were served the 1st piece of meat and there was a 15-20 minute wait before any server remotely looked at our table again. The meat I was served was tough and dry. I had one guest not eat because she couldn't get the lobster bisque only served to our table. I didn't get the value I paid and quite frankly would like to be refunded. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone or come back again.
Service wasn’t good the last few times we’ve gone. We are probably not going back. Service is so slow and hardly anyone came around with meat unless we asked multiple times.
Had a 6:30 reservation front staff was not prepared and had to wait over 20 minutes before we got seated and they weren’t the friendliest
There was a complication with the kitchen the other night. It definitely had everything a little rattled when we arrived. Things became another as we went along. Parking was a pain but that isn’t really the restaurant. There was a huge party behind us. We tried some of the specialty cocktails, they didn’t have mint for their signature mojito. It isn’t a convenient place for us, not near us, so not likely we’d be back any time soon. We did make sure to go hungry. Light breakfast and no lunch. So we tried a lot of the choices. Top sirloin and beef rib got high marks.
Server was incredibly rude. Service was horrible. Food used to taste better before Covid.
Lamb chops are excellent !
I came with family to celebrate my birthday. The service was prompt in the beginning and went downhill toward the end. Our server didn’t even ask if we want to see dessert menu thus no complimentary birthday cake for me.
Was very noizy lot of employees running around not taking care ot guests.
The food was good. The location had nice ambience. It wasn't too noisy.
Very pleasant evening. Service was fantastic. All the meat was delicious.
Service took way too long. Had to ask for drinks. He still never asked kids what they wanted. We saw another waiter way more than ours. Food was not great. Asked for a different beef and was told they only had one. After we had finished eating, they brought out a second. By that time everyone was done. Extremely load and dark. Celebrated two birthdays. They put the candle in the wrong deserts. Extremely disappointed and will not be back.
Great great great
Not impressed, left the restaurant still hungry. The quality of food was subpar at best.
Excellent choices of meat, all of it was excellent, Salad bar was closed, but they offered your choices of salads via a checklist. We love the salad bar and likely would have skipped coming here had we known ahead of time that the salad bar was closed. However, after having been to the restaurant now, it is no longer a concern. The salad came out within a reasonable timeframe and portions were plentiful.
First time visiting since Covid19 and although the salad bar wasn't an option, the salad they bring you was very tasty. The service and quality ot drinks and meats did not change. Very happy with our visit.
Everything was great! Also love the fact that yall support first responders!!
The new all-you-can-eat model is different from before. Due to the covid measures the salad bar is not accessible so the food is limited by ordering 1 time from there. The beef was ok. The waiter was polite and always available.
One of the servers was drunk while working, we tried to tell our server and he denied it
Good food. Love this place.
had a great time, the only difference since covid is the salad bar is not open other than that all was well. if you have never been you have to ask for certain meats because there very slow about bringing around certain meats. ask your server what they have to offer as soon as your seated so you will know.
The food and service was amazing like always! The manager always makes it a priority to check on you and how your device was.
The lighting was a little dark where we were seated but overall I know we will be back again.
We decided to have our anniversary dinner here.. When we sat down, we had to ask for plates and silverware. It took a very long time, with a lot of mouth watering meat pass us by, because the waiter said they didn't have any utensils wrapped and available at the time. We ended up getting so hungry we ate with our hands to start. It was half way through our meal before we got our items we ordered from the salad bar. We had to ask for water multiple times. Especially after we finally received our dessert, we were so parched and had to ask again for water. The food was delicious, however service was lacking.
The food was well seasoned and well cooked as usual. The service continues to be good. During COVID, the salad bar service has been modified so that the diner has to select the items wanted from a pre-printed ticked. There are not as many items to select from, but this can be understandable so that food cost and waste is minimized.
I would continue to come here.
Service horrible Walter the server was decent. But food runners horrible. Been here so many times but I believe this was my last visit. Other Brazilian steakhouse to choose from
The service was great as well as all the servers. The salad choice were all fresh and the leg of lamb was extremely tender.
Kept getting passed up by the guys with the food cause we where in the back corner.. had to ask multiple times for certain steaks and took forever. Got about 3 different steaks and then took 15 mins for others to come around
