   Only negative is that we had 6PM reservations but were not seated until 6:35PM.

   Reservation time was not respected, service was extremely slow and the meat was not tender. They clearly were overbooked for Mother’s day and were not able to keep up with the quality.

   Había demasiada gente en el lugar, aunque parecía organizado pero las reservaciones no estuvieron a su hora. Los meseros del corte de carne se demoran con el pedido y es bien difícil conseguir carne bien cocinada. El mesero que nos atendió muy buen trato. Lo demás en la mesa buffet excelente la comida. La carne excelente sabor.

   The hostess was horrible, without wishes to help or at least be polite. We booked a table of 4 and a table for 1 because a table of 5 was unavailable. We tried to see if something could be done to accommodate us 5. When we got to the restaurant, she right away said in a very harshly way that nothing could be done and that we woud be sat far from each other. I understand that it was a busy day (Mother’s Day), but al least she could have been polite. Then she offered to be on a waiting list, but it could take 5 hours or more. We opted to take our chances to be on the waiting list. I got back in the OpenTable App and found a table of 5 for a few minutes later. When I approached the hostess she was already annoyed because I came back. I explained that I had a new reservation, showed the confirmation on my phone and still she said she could not help me because “she did not see me in her system” and I had to simply wait for my time on the waiting list. Then I kindly asked for the manager, who was very polite, welcoming and in just one second looked at their computer to tell her that my reservation was there. When they called my name, she immediately swap names with the other hostess and gave her another name to be called. At that precise moment she saw that I was walking to them and gave my name back to the other hostess. I heard that the second hostess told the other lady: “what’s going on, you told me they had already been sat”? Definitely she had an agenda and was mean to me. Unfortunately I did not get their names, the hostess that guided us to our table was awesome. Our waitress and the rest of the staff was very nice and made our experience a really good one.    The food was good but the service was pretty spotty and slow and the selection was less than usual, I understand it’s Mother’s Day but you also charged a dinner premium during lunch service so I expected better. It was also extremely annoying to book lunch reservations and show up to find out its dinner pricing - which was nowhere listed on the website or open table while booking the reservation. Did not appreciate the bait and switch vibe.

   We were there for my son’s birthday. They were so overwhelmed there wasn’t even a mention of his birthday the food was terrible and we only got a couple of servers come around with meat. Terrible experience overall.

   Have not been here in 2 years and they have real lipped since then. It is still good, but not great like in the past. None of the meats are of the quality they used to be, some were very salty (lamb chops), mashed potatoes never came out hot even after specifically asking for hot ones. They are not what they used to be.
