                                                                                                                                                                                                My reservation was for 6:45pm on a Friday evening for two people. Upon arrival, there was no parking and traffic was horrible, so we parked a block away and walked. We arrived by our scheduled reservation time, but there was a line out the door and around the building. Not what I would expect from a fine dining establishment. I went past the line and up to the check-in counter, which is in a small foyer between the restaurant and the street in which approx 20 people were standing (it was extremely hot). I asked, "Is this line for people with reservations?" They said, "Yes, and walk-ins". So I returned to the back of the line and continued waiting. When a person bypassed the line and was checking in for a 7:15 reservation, I spoke up and said mine was for 6:45 and questioned why would he be allowed to check-in before me. We were finally allowed into the restaurant and were sat a table that was sitting out in the middle of the floor. It was loud and people kept brushing past us to get to other areas of the restaurant. Eventually, they let all of the people that had been waiting in the foyer into the restaurant to stand and wait... directly beside us. As more posteriors gathered around our faces, we asked to be moved to another table. The waitress was happy to move us and told us that they had her break up a four-top which had created the weird one in the middle of the floor that we had been in. We each had one cocktail prior to the meal and all together our check was $190. We tipped generously for the table move. All in all, this was not a great experience, especially at over $100 per person with tip.

                                                                                                                                                                                                We went to celebrate 33 yr anniversary's and it was the worst service ever experienced from beginning to end sooo bad I had to serve my own water same meats kept coming around I would wave for other got ignored waiter finally came asked for water and if I can get lamb. Never got water had to involve management things got better for a short time. We were comp two desserts for the experience we had they should have only charged us half our ticket and kept their desserts. Will not be celebrating there anymore no point in them ruining such a special day.

                                                                                                                                                                                                I’ve been to the restaurant a few times before and loved it! Great service, great experience. However, this trip I was wanting to have a great experience again and it really fell short. Our waitress was super attentive at first, but as soon a large group came in near us, we barely saw her. Refills were slow. The meat guys skipped our table multiple times. Then, only the meats we specifically requested came. Then attention slacked off again. When we were ready for the check, we had to wait quite awhile before the waitress showed. Then for her to come back to run our card. It was some new for my husband and he liked the food, but was sorely disappointed by the service. Not to mention how loud it was. We could barely hear each other talk.

                                                                                                                                                                                                It was surprisingly packed right at opening, but service was great. The meat was well prepared and presented constantly. My only complaints would be the closeness of the tables which made backing out of your chair a bit difficult and the servers to move around. And the desserts are not that great, that and around $12 for each is a bit too much for the quality of it. Other than that, great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Too loud downstairs to talk. Bar service is slow.

Waiting area is tiny. Went for a family birthday celebration and had to tell my waiter to write "Happy Birthday" on the plate, usually other locations would do this without even having to ask.
