The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Our server was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. She always had a smile and seemed to know exactly when we might need something. We will definitely be back.

We visited this location about exactly a year ago. I have to say both experiences were very similar. The food is fantastic, but the service is really bad. Like bad enough that I feel like I shouldn’t have to tip although I did end up tipping 20%. We ordered just the salad bar and requested no bread, potatoes, or extras they normally bring. I think that’s a pretty easy table. However our waiter never checked on us once during the entire lunch. I waited so long that I got up and waited on my self to get more water. The waiter asked the manager to get our check. The manager had an entire conversation with another customer. Finished, printed our bill and dropped it at our table. No, how was everything? Can I cash you out? With so many great restaurants in Detroit I would no longer recommend this one. $60 for two salads and no service. The firsts responders discount has also been reduced from 20% to 10%.

                                                                                                                                                                                                So not only have the prices gone up, now they are charging some meat as a-la-cart. They still don't come around with the meats too often, you see a lot of some and only a few of others. Might be time to look for other alternatives. Our waiter, Carlos, was fantastic.

                                                                                                                                                                                                My wife and I took my father-in-law to Texas de Brazil for his birthday, and we had a great time. Our server, Karen, was very attentive and helpful throughout the meal. The food came out quickly and often—everything was fresh and delicious. Karen made sure our drinks were always full and brought us any condiments or extras we needed without us having to ask. Good time, great food—we’ll definitely be back!

My family goes there to celebrate special occasions. Took my daughter there yesterday for her 20th birthday. Service was terrible. Had to clear our own plates onto an empty table was like pulling teeth to get any well done or medium well meat. The waitress was slow and overwhelmed the meat actually didn’t taste very good not seasoned where as in the past it had amazing flavor. Ask the waitress for water with ice three or four times didn’t receive until the bill came.. The Salad bar was excellent as usual Although I believe it has less items than in the past. Will not go back. For the price can eat somewhere much better.
