I have mixed feelings.They called confirm our reservation and tell me about a 15 minute grace period yet we weren’t seated until 30 mins after my reservation - all while a party (about the same size of mine) were seated before us. We have been here several times but this visit was off putting.

I want to thank everyone from hostesses, to servers to the gauchos for making our visit a great one. I coordinated a surprise birthday gathering & the staff accommodated my group very well. The food was delicious, full of flavor & perfect temperature. The table we were seated at was perfect for when our birthday guest arrived and the restaurant has a warm ambience that is appropriate for an intimate, romantic setting or a small gathering like ours. Thank you for such a positive experience.

We had several of the same meats that kept returning and way undercooked when I asked for medium well. I know what medium well is supposed to look like but you could see raw muscle on the protein, then the guy got kinda mad when I asked for it to be cooked a little more. Several of the meats from that particular older gentleman kept coming raw. I had to just decline every time he came and get the other meats from the others.

I had a reservation and had to wait almost 2 hours. I understand it was a busy day but then don't overbook. Staff was great, no complaints there, food had some good things but not worth the price.

We had reservations for 3 at 3pm and were seated 1 hour later. We asked for specific meats 5 times before received. Side dishes were served as we were finishing eating. The quality of food and service has deteriorated in the past years.
