    Our waitress, Wendy, was very attentive and personable. All of the servers were very good. We always enjoy our visits, but this one was particularly enjoyable.

    Took advantage of the Memorial Day special, as we had been here many times before. Desiree, our server was wonderful and always attentive. All the food was good except the Beef Ribs, our first serving was pretty dry (We were there at opening, 5 PM) and the second was better but still pretty chewy, unlike their normal ribs from previous visits. The wife got her lamb which is always the reason we go, the variety. Lobster bisque is also a good way to start the meal and had two bowls. All in all a good experience again.

    All except for the last meat they offered us, the meat was way over done. We kept asking for medium rare and they kept offering "medium" which was actually "medium well". The salad bar was great, as always, but the meat was not!

    It was a awesome visit, it was my sisters birthday and she had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the food and we had first timers and they enjoy the food and service. I only go to this location. The Addison location has my vote every time we will not go to any other location. A short story my niece who is 8 loves I mean loves your restaurant she gives the restaurant a 10. My son who is 26 who will not eat anything red, loves your food, he enjoys the med rare meat. Also, my nephew who is 4 had a blast, he loves the meat. He very picky, but when we say we are going to Texas De Brazil, everyone is like I want to go... Love you guys and thank for a wonderful visit that we have each time.

    We had a reservation and still had to wait 30min. It was very busy but it’s not fun to wait when you have a reservation. Our server Enrico was wonderful.

    I went there with my wife and 2 children. Accompanying us was a husband, wife, and their 3 year old. The kids were quiet, no problem there, but my girls are really picky eaters. The wouldn’t eat anything except the rice and desert. I felt it was a waste to pay half price for them. Additionally, because we had kids we were in a corner at a table for 6, with a chair at the end. There was barely enough room for my plate. The waitress disappeared. I ended up looking for her but couldn’t find her. Finally she showed up and stood across the room staring directly at me. I made a couple of attempts to catch her attention, but to no avail. Then I stuck my hand up like I was back in elementary school and started waving it. To my amazement, she turned and walked away. Very Weird! This wasn’t our first time at Texas De Brazil, we had been there numerous times before. In the past though I told the waiters that my kids were not eating, except desert. That worked. I should have done the same again.

    Overall a good place for a larger group. A little noisy for a cozy dinner for 2. The service is a bit rushed as the meats start arriving fast and furious. Feels like the meat servers descended on us all at the same time. Didn't have time to finish our salad bar selections. The food is tasty though.

    Went here for two occasions, my birthday and then again for my anniversary to try to redeem this location. I will start by saying that the food is good and other locations don't seem to have any issues. The second time that I went to this location really rubbed the wrong way. We had just sat down and a kid at another table just started screaming at the top of her lungs. like the really high pitch scream. this kid continued to be relentlessly disruptive to the point where I had to complain.. and I NEVER complain. The staff seemed uninterested in our experience or my complaints dispute the fact that every other table was visibly annoyed. This is on top of the mediocre service that I experienced the last time I visited this location .One of the managers finally came over and said that nothing could be done, at which point I just asked for the check. they had the audacity to still charge us despite the fact that we barley touched our food. They seemed only minimally apologetic about the whole thing. Thanks texas de brazil for ruining our dinner plans. needless to say, we're sticking to Fogo de Chao down the road and you should too, it's better anyway.

    Our group of six had a mostly positive experience with one notable, exception. The positive points were that the food was very good, and certainly there was a lot of it. The servers who circled the room with the various cuts of meat, were pleasant, efficient, and easily able to see when we needed it. They made this part of the meal very enjoyable. The salad buffet was also full of variety and was always kept full with multiple choices that made for easy decisions, no matter what your tastes were. Our waitress who got the drinks and desserts was also very pleasant and easy to notice when we needed assistance. Overall, that was a very pleasant part of our stay. The one negative was our seating location. As a group of six we were right up against the salad bar area so the people often bumped into her chairs. No table should be set in the location we were in as it seemed like they squeezed us in rather than Having a designated spot for our group, although we had made a reservation a week before.

    Great place! We were there for lunch and it wasn't too busy. The food was delicious. We did have a little difficulty with getting meat served well done for my husband, had to remind service people a few times.

    Service was fantastic. The tables were pretty close together and we were able to completely hear the conversation of the table next to us - made us a bit uncomfortable. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Our waitress was super responsive and so was the wait staff.

    Our waiter was good. However, the cooks, even after several requests from our waiter, took forever to make a special request. And when they finally brought the corect meat (30min) there was only two pieces. It was for my wife and we were there for mothers day. She was very disappointed as was I. Paid full price for two pieces of meat delivered very late.

    Made reservations for 5:30 for 8. Got a table 6:05 and got seated in a table for 6. 15 min later got a table. No apologies or acknowledgement whatsoever. Got charged for dinner twice. The service and recovery is not what it used to. If you expect outstanding service take this in consideration. I explained all this to the Manager on site Jessica. Nothing was said or done to recover. BTW this was a reteriment celebration for my father. Should of just ordered in and saved the trouble.

    Everything was perfect except hit the maitre d. We had a large party 11. We had a reservation and when they took us to the table it wasn’t set up correctly. We were trying to make sense of it but she kept yelling at us to talk to her so she could help. Yelling if we didn’t talk she couldn’t help. I finally looked at her and said, give us one minute. We are trying to figure out what exactly we need. One we determined there weren’t enough place settings she quickly took care of it but her initial attitude was off putting. Once we got the table set up we had a fabulous evening.

    We live two hrs away from Dallas and I brought my husband here for his birthday. We booked a reservation on the website for two pm. Us not being from the area we had no idea that they actually close at 2 pm. Luckily we arrived at 145. We were asked to leave at 230 pm. The food was good the service was good just wish we knew in advance about closing at two bc I could of booked for a earlier time.

    Texas De Brazil is for anyone looking for really good Steak at a good value. It is more expensive than your standard fare, but for the type of food with the exceptional service and atmosphere; You won't regret spending that money. Overall, absolutely delicious and most certainly worth it. Much better than going to other steakhouses and paying $30+ for a single, subpar cut of meat.
