Everything was perfect. This was my first visit and I certainly will be back.
We had great time, both service and food were exceptional
The food here cannot be beat: if you're in it for endless meat, this is your best bet in the whole Metroplex. Unfortunately, management is not willing to keep enough staff on hand, so the workers that are there are beleaguered and overburdened. As a result, we couldn't be seated until until 45 minutes after our reservation time, at which point, we were so close to the restaurant's closing time that we could not get as much food as we wanted.
I would say everything is excellent. They have no problem is bringing the meet as long as you want. The salad bar is excellent. Do not miss the lobster soup. They do not have the grilled pineapple, but it will be replaced with cinnamon bananas. Good ambiance and friendly waiters.
Disappointed in service - unusually absent for great lengths of time. Wonderful food as always, plentiful
The waiter was a bit of a stiff, needs to be more friendly.
No parking, No Valet, busy (good for restaurant) seemed like short-staffed, service was slow, prime meats limited, in summary - it was okay
Food was good, service was poor. Took 20 minutes or more to get our first round of drinks. We had to ask for our side dishes and bread. When we asked for another round of drinks, we were told the bartender was busy and it might take a long time. So we asked for the check and left to have drinks somewhere else.
They used to have a lot more selections on the salad bar. It was still very good. Most meat choices were good, but some way over cooked. It is criminal to have filet minon well done. We would really like to have roasted pineapple rather than have it cold in the salad bar. Service was a bit spotty and slow, but I think they are shorthanded. Everyone is these days. Good service, though. Pretty noisy, but lots of people. If you don’t hear well, it will be a challenge.
We have been dining at this location for 6 years. It's been a favorite of ours, and we go for most of our special occasions. We went for Mothers Days this past weekend. We couldn't have been more disappointed. We weren't seated until 30 minutes past our reservation time. The restaurant was packed! When we were seated. Our waiter stopped by 3 times in 10 minutes and said I'll be back in 60 seconds. We helped our selves to the salad bar, but couldn't eat because we didn't have silver ware. Our waiter, when he did arrive was bordering on rude. The food choices this time were not very good. We usually ask for our food to be cooked medium rare, that's never been a problem. Nothing was medium rare, even when the said that it was. So many more things I could write about this experience. Best thing I can do. Just never go back.
Food was good like always, service was not the best. We didn’t get silverware until like 10 minutes after we sat down and we kept running out of water/tea and the waitress would not refill our drinks. Also, we had dirty plates in the table and she would not pick them up, unless we asked her to.
This was a great experience. Our waiter in particular was outstanding. Thanks Andres!
It was great!!
Love the Martini and the lamb steak!!
Great Experience. Mother and Montserrat-in-law throughly enjoyed for Mother’s Day.
Asked our waiter and several servers for Picanah and it was never brought to us. Must have asked 5 or 6 times ..
They were understaffed. There was not any available parking. I really liked the variety of meats available but every piece was either medium cooked to medium rare. I kept asking for well done but never saw any available. The salad bar was very nice! Our server was very good but he was stretched way too much trying to cover multiple tables
I was overall pleased with the service I just don’t think the kids plates were worth 30 to $50 for a 5 year old and an 11 year old.
Mother’s Day early
Great service, food was great, atmosphere was excellent. I love that as beautiful as it is inside anyone can come and enjoy there meal with their family.
Regarding COVID and dining...Even though the state of Texas is open 100%, I did not feel comfortable in the restaurant due to the amount of people so closely together and some patrons not wearing a mask at all. This alone will keep me away from this restaurant as there are plenty of other restaurants that are still mandating social distancing and masks that make me feel much more comfortable and safe.
Food wise....all of the steak/beef was chewy and tough.
Very good meal. Service was great. We were very pleased.
Great food and service, can’t wait to come back!
Great food and service!
The actual waitress was not very good at multitasking. Her main focus was training the new employee under her I suppose, but we had to ask for things that should have already been sent to our table as normal procedure (napkins/cutlery/plates). She managed to make her rounds to other tables frequently but failed to come to ours, other than bringing the items we requested when stopping her. I don’t know, maybe it was racial, maybe she felt she could do less than and not provide exceptional service, either way I wasn’t pleased with the service provided. Considering the fact that I am a VIP member, it’s clear I eat here often. I expected better from Texas De Brazil.
This was the first time we'd had bad service. We were glad that the salad bar is fully open now and that the restaurant was busy as so many restaurants did not make it due to the restrictions imposed in 2020. We will give it another try as everyone deserves a second chance.
The best Texas de brazil ever. Much better than Las Vegas especially the service
It’s always amazing and food superb!
First time at a Brazilian steakhouse. Enjoyed the experience. Our server Andres was helpful and insightful. Flavorful meat and a wide array of selections at the salad bar. We went on a saturday night and ended up getting placed right next to the entry which made the evening a bit noisy but the food and service were top notch.
This was our first time coming to Texas de Brazil. It was for my wife’s birthday. We had a good time and enjoyed interacting with the staff. We really enjoyed the bacon wrapped filet and chicken items. The plantains were also delicious! Make sure to come hungry! If you are a Sam’s club member, they sometimes offer a nice deal on gift cards for this establishment and if you sign up for their email you can get a coupon for your birthday that makes dining here a great value.
We were there celebrating a birthday. The server was very friendly and helpful. When we had a special request she took care of it promptly.
I've eaten at a TDB location around 300-400 times!! This location in Addison was around 10 dinners including this visit. Best EVERTHING for this location ever and probably top 10 experiences from ANY location!!! I just don't know a better experience for the price...and I've eaten at restaurants that were almost $500 for two guests and no alcohol! My absolute favorite restaurant chain.
Been several times, its hit or miss. This time salad bar was out of most items, soups and other stuff was almost out and crusted over. Wasnt that busy. Service was just ok. Nothing to rate a $30 tip. Meat was just ok this time.
Still better then Blaze. Just got to pick them right night.
Great food & outstanding service!
We passed a good day in family, The service was great.
Nice place, good food, good waiters and reasonable price!!!
One of the servers were rude and passed up or table up several times despite the fact we had requested the meat he was carrying . This was a little disheartening because we enjoyed the food and simply wanted our fair share. He even displayed a negative attitude when he served our table...
It was just OK. In an hour we were there, only about 5 different meats were brought. Flavor was just OK.
Good choice for a family meal. Cost is a little high for what you eat but overall a good choice for a tasty meal.
Our server was great. We were there for my sons birthday and he made jokes and had fun with us the whole time. Really enjoyed our experience as we do always at this location. We will surely be back.
