    We had an 8:15 reservation, showed up at 7:45 with a full intention to be sat at or by 8:15…instead we weren’t seated until 8:45. I was told multiple times that we were next and alternate parties would be seated in front of us. Once we were finally seated, our waiter did absolutely nothing. We had to ask for water and only saw him once until we were served our bill. That was another problem, he gave me zero service so I was going to tip accordingly. However, I was charged with an electronic device where the waiter was looking over my shoulder. So I was pressured to tip more than he deserved. Overall I will never come back to this location, just an awful night. Still the food was good.

    Overall the food was good but the servers carrying the meat do not pay attention to the red/green signs and instead bombard your table even if you have a full plate.

    Reservation was at 5:45pm and we weren't seated until 6:15pm. What's the purpose of a reservation if you're not seated on time? Otherwise everything else was good.

    Our server was a great his name was Alex and when I say my friend called his name like they knew him personally but they didn’t but that alone made it just a nice vibe and great feeling to be there food was 10/10 got to try again but I will be back and hopefully bring lots of other join me and get there first time try.

    Food and service was outstanding as usual. The only thing I have issue with is getting seated. Diners make reservations in order to get seated. We made a reservation for 8:00 pm. We had to wait in the waiting area for about 30 minutes before we were seated. It would seem that my definition of reservation and what we experienced are different. I remind the management we made a reservation we did not join a waiting list. Standing around for 30 minutes is asking a lot where the one waiting is a disabled person.

    Overall a good experience. Some steak houses are better but not many give you that many options. The salad bar was amazing.

    Why would you have a spot for a reservation for the same time that they close. I was told by staff that they still serve for 45 minutes after, but not so. Hardly any meat only scraps,only 2 meat runners after complaining twice and treated like not wanted there.spent 50.00 for the salad bar. Awful

    I was a bit disappointed in the selection of thefresh bar compared to some other similar restaurants. There was not a single thing sweet either. The picanha was great, like expected as was all of the meats I tried.

    We waited 20 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation. Then we were sat at a table for 8 ppl, our reservation was for 9. They brought a dirty extension for the table and instead of cleaning it, they covered it with cloths. We will never go back to this location. Our waitress was amazing, though!

    We thank you for being open for the holiday, it's been my daughter's and I go to for years. But all I ask is when you put in a specific server in the reservation, that you don't over seat the server. I am in the business and understand , thanks again! Richard Silva

    The food this trip was incredible. Usually there is one or two meat offerings that are either too spicy or too dry for my taste. Not this time. However, using the calculator on my phone, I found that their computer was inflating the recommended tips by about 5 percent

    We came for Thanksgiving and left a little disappointed. Service was slower than expected but, we figured it was likely because of the holiday. We hope to come back for a different experience. The food was not as warm as I would have liked it (the sides on the table) likely due to the constant opening of the doors and because it was cold outside & not really something the restaurant could do other than find a way to remedy it from a design perspective. The cost of it wasn’t really worth it IMO but, perhaps this just wasn’t the place for us. It wasn’t the worst and it wasn’t the best, service was ok, a bit slow but, not enough for a 1* review. Areas of improvement for sure!

    The restaurant way overbooked for capacity. After checking in at appointment time, had to wait 20 minutes for a seating. Excuse me, isn't that the reason to use OpenTable for a reservation? It was if they were just taking walk-ins.

    We have went to Texas de Brazil many times for Thanksgiving. It is always very good. Seating time according to reservation is good. We will continue to go there when rest of family has other commitments to attend.

    Loved the food and especially the fact that I could enjoy just a bit of turkey and dressing. The filet mignon and the top sirloin (Picahna?) were excellent. I didn’t care for the attire worn by the majority of the patrons. In all honesty, they looked no better than the Lubys crowd. Is it too much to ask that one present themselves properly on Thanksgiving? Thanks guys, it was a nice Thanksgiving lunch.

    First I will start out saying the service was excellent. What I did not have a good experience is the meat quality. It seemed they were only pushing lower quality meats. We seen flank steak at least 5 times and only seen tenderloin once due to request. We seen lamb chops once and leg of lamb once. Picanna was plentiful. They also tried pushing chicken and ribs like crazy. I went there to get high quality meats and great service that did not happen for the price. I could have went to another steakhouse and spent less.

    I chose this location, because the reviews were good. And my experience was better than expected! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They kept offering us food even when we were satisfied. The experience and service and great food are well worth the price.

    Our reservation was for 13 people. Everything was beyond amazing! The only (very small) complaint would be, the meats came a little fast but it was to be expected with the amount of people in our group! We will be back!

    Even though we had a reservation, they sat us about 20 minutes late because they apparently overbook every night according to them. Our waitress was not able to answer basic questions about the drink menu, and seemed to ignore us for the most part. We had to chase her down for refills on the bread and almost had to walk out before she noticed we were ready to cash out. The meats were either over cooked or under cooked and very salty. There was also not much variety.

    This was mine and my husbands first time here and we were completely blown away. The fillet and bacon fillet was like butter. Didn’t need a knife. We’ll be back, but it is pretty expensive.
