   Food was delicious. Our server was excellent. Water was replenished without having to ask. She checked on us but was not intrusive. We were not rushed and made to feel welcomed. Such an enjoy experience !

   Delightful place to visit. Beautiful garden center and shop and the brunch in the cafe was wonderful - like sitting in a beautiful greenhouse. Food and staff were top notch. Don’t miss out on this treat!

   We were sadly disappointed by our experience at Terrain Glen Mills. All of us have been there before and have had wonderful meals with amazing service. But last night - we were incredibly upset with the food and the service wasn't amenable. We live an hour away so for us to trek out for a special evening in a reserved tent was truly a let down. I'm embarrassed I set up a lovely evening with friends to be disappointed. The atmosphere is lovely. But perhaps go for lunch (not dinner).

   This was my 2nd time here and I enjoyed my experience as much as the first time. It did take some time to be seated even with a reservation both times (over 15 minutes) but the wait still wasn't too bad. The food was excellent, our server was very nice and accommodating, and host staff was very professional and kind. We always enjoy our drinks and food! The stores are also a treat.

   This is my favorite place to go for special occasions. The food is great, the ambiance is outstanding. Absolutely the best. My only criticism is the menu hasn’t changed in ages… they will add 2-3 options (1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 dessert) seasonally, but the regular menu is pretty unchanging.

   Having eaten at another Terrain location, I was stunned at the poor service and poor quality of our meal. What a disappointment.

   We come here all the time because we like it so much. This dining experience was totally an off day for the waitress and restaurant. We were glad to be able to reserve a table for 2 at 4:15pm. After checking in we were able to get seated relatively quickly which was great because we were excited to be here and looking forward to enjoy some good food. Usually when greeted, the server normally suggests the featured lemonade for the day (which we love here). Today, that didn't happen. We each ordered a lemonade that arrived 20 minutes after meeting seated. For food, we ordered the terrain burger medium rare and lobster roll. After 15-20 minutes, we were informed that they don't have the lobster roll and that it would take 30 minutes to acquire the ingredients. Still no drinks. Eventually the did arrived, the burgers and the bacon were both under cooked. Feeling hungry, I didn't say anything. My partner did send the bacon back to be cooked longer which took another 10+minutes. We each ate half of our respective burgers and wrapped our food to go as well as the lemonades. I decided we can take them home and cook the burgers longer to enjoy. Anyway, if you read this at far, you're a better person than me. Don't let my review from trying this place out. I'm sure this was an off day for the place. We did see a wedding party which was a pleasant surprise at the private venue area. Congratulations to the happy couple!

   Great visit, excellent food. Had the French toast for the first time and it was amazing!

   Made a res weeks in advance for a nice dinner with family members I don’t often see, but we were sat in the bar which was impossibly loud. Many good dishes (salads, soup) but the drinks were poor, meat overcooked. Even worse - cocktails, appetizers and entrees all came out on top of each other so it was hard to enjoy anything. The food was generally good, but whoever is running the dining room needs to pay attention. I think our meal was served randomly by four different servers. I don’t generally write complaining reviews but this was badly disappointing.
