Excellent as always!
Food was very expensive and I ended up hardly eating my meal and no takehone. Terrible
Our experience at Terracotta was top rate! The food and service was excellent. Our server was very helpful in answering questions and providing guidance with the menu. And all of our dishes were delicious. The only complaint - the noise level made conversation at our table of 4 challenging. If you're looking for a quiet dinner, this is not the place. But if you're ok with a noisy restaurant, then it's well worth it.
The food is awesome and the waitress is the best.
Great time per usual.
Very good food and very attentive service. Moderately busy so a little bit of a noise level but that didn't affect our dinner. Best date night in a very long time! I wasn't touching my food much (I am a tiny human with a small stomach) and the waitress came over and made sure that I liked the food. She paid attention to every detail and always made sure we had enough water. If I caught her name, I would recommend her. She was the bartender but also took tables in the dining room. Recommend very much <3
Our server was surly at best. Food was good. We noticed an odd smell at our table. Not a good one...
The food was great and the service was even better.
Always a delicious dinner. Will be back again. Love it.
We love this place. There is some thing for everyone. My kids love the drunkin chicken.
Family birthday dinner
Food was very flavorful but we waited 45 minutes to get it so had to rush to get to the show.
Becoming a firm local favorite of ours though some choices we’ve made as we make our way through the menu have not always hit the mark. This time it was the sesame honey chicken which we expected to be sweet but was a little too sweet for our taste.
Everything else we ordered hit the mark. Started with the chicken lettuce wrap and spicy calamari. Both excellent although the wraps were a messy eat. A finger bowl to hand would have been good.
In addition to the sesame chicken we ordered sweet basil beef and the five spice pork tenderloin along with a veggie fried rice, not on the menu but no problem for the kitchen. Way too much food for three but our son was more than happy to box up the left overs to use over the coming weeks!
Service was great; atmosphere also good. We’ve been before and will go again. There’s still much more for us to try!
I usually eat here and it's great! The last time I went 4/4 was kinda gross. It smelled burnt in there and the food was burnt. TERRA rice, and crab Rangoons were bad. The chicken was dry. And for a price like that I did not feel like I got my money's worth. Gordan Ramsey would not approve. U would eat here if everything wasn't so over cooked
Love this place!!
Came here to celebrate my birthday and was my first time here. The food was absolutely amazing and our server provided outstanding service! It was a bit noisy in there but that was the only negative thing I have to say
I've had my friends talk about Terracotta Red for months now - and finally was able to enjoy dinner there on Sunday. Place was busy but the staff was all smiles and ready for fill any order.
Food is delicious - will definitely be back!
Very convenient location in Everett, food was great, restaurant was a bit loud for casual dining with extended family. Reservations recommended.
Seemed to be only one server who was the bartender as well so took time to see her again to reorder drinks or needing something. She was great. Probably someone called in sick or something because that’s not the usual. Everything was fabulous as usual
I had not been to Terracotta Red for ages and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was amazing and they got us in right at our reservation time. Great evening with my family.
Everyone in our family can agree on this place even the kids. It’s our go to when in Everett.
We always go here for the Mongolian Beef and Emerald Fire noodles. Always so delicious!
Great place for a small gathering of friends. The first timers in the group were very excited with the menu selection.
This was our first time here. The food was beyond amazing and the portion sizes were great for the six of us. The service and staff were impeccable. It’s pretty noisy, but not so much that you can hear other customers detailed conversations. The noise level certainly wouldn’t stop us from coming here again. We loved it!
Good food and service
Had an outstanding time. Dinner was very good, just a little too sweet. Mussels were outstanding. Morgan are waitress was very attentive and explained the menu to us very well. This is our fourth time there. Yes, we recommend you to our friends.
Great food, service was slow and we arrived several minutes early on a Sunday evening with a reservation (obviously - Open Table). Modern décor, however very loud with an open echo very apparent. Seated by hostess, obviously too much on her hands based on the lack of staff that evening, didn't even ask if we would like to start with a beverage/cocktail... slow service throughout evening with entire meal coming out in stages... The only saving grace is the food which was very good. May consider another visit but would plan for a weekday meal hoping the service would be improved.
Love this restaurant, wife has celiac so there gluten free options make this our go too for a safe (allergy wise) and delicious dinner date.
I would love to review this restaurant well, but we didn't get to eat there on this occasion.
On Sunday night I had a craving for dan dan noodles, and the wife and I decided Terracotta Red would be the closest place to get some. I jumped on my phone and made a reservation for an hour or so later. In fairness, I forgot that the reservation would need to be confirmed, but as it turns out, it wouldn't have mattered...my reservation for Saturday night was confirmed today...which is Wednesday. Not terribly helpful.
We arrived at the restaurant at our chosen time, and were told that they had no reservation for us. Once they found it, they said it had "just come in," and that they confirm all their reservations earlier in the day. No idea what they define as earlier. The hostess wasn't even nice about it.
Facing down at least another half hour of waiting, we decided to go elsewhere.
Today I got the reservation confirmation, so maybe they were trying to clear out their queue? Not sure why they bother with this service if they're not going to use it.
Long story short, I'm sure we'll be back at some point, but since I rarely know what I want to eat tomorrow night and Terracotta Red can't be bothered with same-day reservations, it'll be a while.
Our favorite spot in Everett. Consistent good food every single time.
Christine is amazing! Made the experience very special. Food was great.
Always great food and services. We love the Mongolian beef, but tried the drunken chicken as well. Large portions and good food!
New place to try
Everything was excellent! It was packed the night we were there but then it was a Sat evening. I’m so glad I made reservations.
We always appreciate eating at Terra Cotta Red! Always wonderful food and service.
Terracotta Red has some of the best food around. I do suggest having reservations as it is a busy.
The food and service were exceptional, definitely worth the $$$. However, the acoustics in the restaurant are terrible. The only reason we wouldn’t recommend you to a friend is the noise from the bar made me almost leave. We love the food and can see the potential of the restaurant being a great place for a lovely evening out. Thanks and hope this helps.
Have been here many times and had great food and great service. But the Valentines evening dinner was not good at all. Beef was tough and flavorless, and rice was not completely cooked. Evening music took three breaks during a 1 hr dinner. Service did the best they could and where attentive. I would go back but never on a set menu evening.
I would most definitely recommend but maybe not use Open Table for reservation. For the second time now they did not have my reservation made on Open Table. Luckily they found a way to squeeze us in a table on a busy Saturday night.
