The Terrace Room is 100% ADA accessible, which made it a wonderful choice for dinner with a member of our party being in a wheelchair. The view also can’t be beat after a long day of wandering through Williamsburg. The staff were very nice and extremely attentive and the food was very tasty. Only negative is the menu seems abridged. But overall it hits all the marks!

One night the food was very good (fresh, interesting, well-prepared, timely). The next night it was not very good (undercooked vegetables, long wait for food, surly service, undrinkable syrupy drinks). The roots of good service and well-prepared food are there; the execution is not.

We were disappointed this time. We have eaten here many times, and the service and food were always outstanding. The server acted as though we were an inconvenience. She kept apologizing for the large group in the next room which should have had no bearing on us Her manner was gruff and dismissive. She would briefly check with us, but she seemed disinterested. After the meal we waited a good ten minutes before she asked if we wanted dessert. She did not ask if we would like coffee or an after dinner drink. Not an experience we expected based on past visits.

Went for Easter Dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Service was great and the food was very tasty. One of the best experiences that we have had eating at The Inn.

Sadly, the previous upscale reputation of the restaurant has drastically deteriorated. Service was awful, irregular, slow with many mistakes in serving the food that was ordered! We ordered a $170. bottle of champagne that was opened away from our table at the bar!! I was not impressed and didn’t see that the bottle was sealed??? I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and we live in area😠
