Quality of food is good but a bit pricey for size of servings (burger/chkn sandwich/fries) are small portions for the price. Michael was great server, and some newer staff were quite attentive (water refills, etc). But a different server brought food out, and she brought mine 1st but not my mom's in same trip. I wasn't eating til she had hers, but mine was kinda cold for being a chkn sandwich and fries....maybe had been under hearing lamps waiting for a buyer. My mom had lobster roll & fruit as substitute for fries....but they brought fries. Sent both plates back for corrections. Maybe having too many staff handling orders led to miscommunication of food orders.
Great view of field from far end table, otherwise many tables had partial obstructed views from pillars or window casements. Very convenient from parking garage, restrooms etc (she said women's handicap stall needed cleaned formal the TP scattered around).
Very clean tables and environment. Could use a couple more speakers to hear tom Hamilton radio broadcast better.
Our server was wonderful. Went for our first anniversary.
Attentive server, good food & great view of Progressive Field. What more could an Indians fan want? Oh, maybe a win!😁
I was not impressed. My family and I had pre-game reservations for a Saturdsy evening game. The menu was very limited. I ordered a club sandwich; my sandwich was piled high with turkey, so much so that that sandwich fell apart. Lettuce and tomato on the side. Also, there was no bacon. I told my server and I was brought two servings of bacon by two different servers. The others in my party ordered the hamburger on the menu. They were also not impressed. We did enjoy where we were seated as there wa a very good view of the ballpark.
Great view. All else was fair. Online reservation page indicated no open tables for game seating. So we went to 5 pm seating. Put name in wait list for game seating also. There were tons of open tables for game seating!! B We were never notified. Would have preferred later seating. Didn’t seem to be very well organized. Also menu not as it appeared online.
As always a terrific experience. Always a treat to start the game in the Terrace Club. They were very attentive and made the birthday celebration special.
Certainly worth experiencing a game from here. The food is better than average & the servers are delightful. Prices are reasonable, considering where you are it could be the cheapest way to go for a meal at the old ballyard!
Enjoyed the Terrace Club with my family. I recommended it to my coworkers as a good place to watch the Indians game with great food and service.
Great table, Buffet ok . Noise level high, but not energetic, more annoying and hard to hold a conversation.
We booked online reservations for 5 PM. When we got there, we couldn’t even get into the park until 6 PM food was very below standard, but our server was excellent
Bad menu. Bad service waited long time for food. Cold. Not a great selection for healthy choices
We had so much fun. The food was good (it could have been warmer, but it was pretty great). Service was fantastic! The views were amazing. We brought a 4 year old and the staff made every effort for her to have a blast (and she did!). We will definitely be back
Service was extremely slow although restaurant was only half full watched a waitress texting on her phone while we waited for service. Drinks were way overpriced for what you got. Extremely small gin and tonic that tasted like straight tonic, no special gin, for $12. Sandwich was mediocre. Every time we have gone it has gradually decrease in quality. We won’t be back.
I was very disappointed with our experience at the Terrace Club. This used to be the place to go for an Indians game and boy, has it changed. The food was cold and terrible. Service was even worse. Asked for extra dressing for the salad and the waiter brought it out after we were finished eating. Kept having to go downstairs for drinks, so we waited a good 15 minutes for every beverage. We finally were so over everything, we asked for the checks so we could at least catch the rest of the game from our seats. Took another 25 minutes and our waiter wad nowhere to be found. Asked to speak with a manager who did absolutely nothing other than apologize and say they experience high turnover there. Made it out of the restaurant in tome to see 2 innings of the game in our seats - that is how awful and slow the service was.
Cassandra was great as our server. The service was fast and efficient. The past 3 times I was there, I was disappointed. Based on this performance, I would come back.
Service was fast & friendly. Food was fresh and filling. We had appetizer & burgers. Prices comparable to downtown food pricing. Atmosphere was more sporting event than special dinner though. We
Food was so-so. We got 2 burgers, chicken fingers, and fries. Fries had been precooked, warmed up, then served overdone. Burger just a frozen pub burger. Tasted okay. But we ended with milkshakes, and they were good.
It’s a nice one-time thing mainly for the view, but the price doesn’t justify the product. For example, they ran out of hot dog buns at the buffet. It didn’t take long to bring more, but the restock was dense, wheat buns that were so cold they had obviously been frozen. It was a $20 buffet and they couldn’t get hot dog buns correct?
The staff was friendly, but they seemed to be short handed. By the time we were able to flag someone down to bring ketchup and mustard to our table the food was no longer hot.
At a lessor price my ratings would be a little higher, but if you’re going to charge top dollar for an experience it needs to be better than the food sold by a person in a fluorescent shirt walking up and down the aisles.
Overall, it was just OK.
Food was very disappointing. The special of the day an 8 ounce burger was grossly overcooked, under weight and served cold. Even the bun seemed stale. The fries were greasy and cold. Even the Arnold Palmer was weak and tepid, I sent it back and they just added more lemonade. I have been coming to the Terrace Club for many years and the food quality has steadily depreciated. My guests were polite and accepting of the food. Fortunately, the game was excellent.
This is a great location for inclimate weather. Food is subpar at best. Everything is precooked and comes out luke warm if that. The club level has better options and the food is hot over there. Please contact me if you would like to discuss specifics.
This is our third time going there and we will not be going back, unless there are changes made.
Sat down at 5:15, placed our order at 6:00, recd food at 6:30 then asked to leave
for the next seating. We have eaten here before and enjoyed. This time not so much.
Waiter was really nice but seemed to be doing other duties than waiting on his tables. Getting
cases of beer from the bar etc.
Overall an excellent experience! Food was delicious! Our waitress, Becky was attentive, funny and very personable. I will definitely request her on future visits.
Food was ok service great view spectacular
Took two hours to get food that was cold. Ate it because I didn’t want to wait another two hours. Worst dining experience ever
It's mediocre in every way possible, the food is average, the service is mediocre and always confused about what is going on.
Very disappointing. Even with a reservation far in advance we had a lousy table. Not much variety on the buffet, even less on the menu. Service was adequate and friendly. After years of visiting I doubt we'll be back - we get better food and a better view of the game from our regular seats.
Good food. Small portions.
Food, brunch, was very good as was service.
Consistent with other recent reviews food takes 45-60 minute turnaround from kitchen. My meal was poor. Server was apologetic and pleasant.
Katie was a great server- supreme service with a smile. Great experience.
The service this season has been horrible! The time it takes to receive the food is way too long and the food ends up having to be sent back because it’s incorrect.
Overall a great time, food is good, service was great, our server was attentive and saw to our every need.
I was a season ticket holder/Terrace Club member throughout the 90’s. I had not been in it for about 15 years. I will never go back again. The food offerings are horribly overpriced. The burger that I had arrived cold, and the bun was stale. The ten ounce beers were $7.00. My wife and I had two sandwiches, 4 beers total, and the loaded tots appetizer, for $75. We arrived 20 minutes before the game, and were so turned off by the experience, that we were in our club seats by the top of the second inning, where the food selections were better, and included in my season ticket price.
The TC was always overpriced, but used to be a generally good experience. Even the audio for the game was difficult to hear. It is a shame that the Indians organization has let it become this way.
I have been to the Terrace Club several times and always had a great experience until this weekend. Had a reservation at 4:00 for 4. Checked in at 3:30. Seated at 4:30. Had to ask our waitress to wipe down the table because it wasn't clean. She took our order and brought us water as requested. At 5:40 our waitress came over and asked if we were still waiting for our food, we said yes and can we please have some more water. Now mind you between 4:30 and 5:40 we only saw our waitress once when she took our order. Never came back to check on us or refill our glasses. We even broke out the peanuts we brought to eat because our food took so long. When our food did arrive, the order was wrong. We ordered 3 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich. We received 2 burgers and 1 chicken. The system of seating people needs to be fixed especially on game days . If I have a reservation at 4, I expect to be seated then. We were not the only reservations that waited a long time to be seated, a few longer than we waited. We were also told that the kitchen was backed up. Again its a Saturday game day, staff accordingly.
Service was absolutely atrocious. Had 2:00 p.m. seating for 4:10 p.m. game. Order and received appetizers by 2:30, but our waiter never returned for our order. Had to ask management to track down our waiter who finally arrived around 2:50 and took our order. We did not see him again for 45 minutes, only after again seeking out a Manager, only to have him advise the kitchen was backed up. Less than 1/2 the tables were in use. At 4:00 p.m. we still had not received our dinner and again had to chase down the Manager. She apologized and got our dinner out to us by 4:20, a full 1 and 1/2 hours after we ordered, basically bar food and salads. The manager did apologize profusely and appropriately adjusted our bill, but we still did not get to our seats until after the 3rd inning concluded. As a 26 years season ticket holder, I can not believe how poor service was for a half full restaurant.
We love watching the game from the terrace club but every time we order our food, it never comes out right so we have to send it back- always!
The service is never top notch like you would expect it to be in the terrace club. Hopefully it gets better.
The hostess that greeted me was not up to the friendly standard everyone else at Progressive Field upholds.
I have to be honest when I say that we were very disappointed in virtually everything at the Terrace Club at Progressive Field with the obvious exception of course of the game view it offers. Our server was disinterested at best, mostly just absent . The dinner took an exceptionally long time to come out and was embarrassingly small in portion sizes. Not sure if the server was to blame given her lack of attention paid to our table but every "hot" food item was luke warm at best.
A Caesar salad with chicken was taken to the table next to us and since it wasn’t theirs returned to kitchen and when my Caesar salad came out later the grilled chicken was cold. Servers came to our table with someone else’s food. They were out of Miller lite in a bottle.
Heather our waitress couldn’t have been nicer. Pretzel was good.
View is awesome, nice to hear Hammy announcing the game.
It was like watching the baseball game on a big screen tv with the sound turned down. The food was mediocre at best. Tacos were very disappointing, dry and tasteless. Burger was ok with cold fries. No one in the room was watching the game. Conversation was loud.
