Biggest Brussels we have seen in the island. Attentive and accommodating service. Food was very tasty. Older below, street level location. Overall a very nice laid back dining experience.

Took some out of town friends to have dinner together. We had reservations although it was only half full since our reservation was pretty early. Food and drinks were out promptly and everyone’s entrees were outstanding…empty dishes all around. Our server was very helpful and made some great recommendations for our friends. We are frequent diners at the Tavern but you always want the experience to be top notch for your friends…they did not disappoint!

Tavern was wonderful! We came with a party of 7, we all ordered cocktails, and they were wonderful! I believe we all ordered different entrees, and the food was delicious! I recommend Tavern if you are near Hotel Del Coronado.

Great service and nice food. We had Brussels sprouts appetizer. Also corn soup - was much spicier than expected! Fish in tacos was fried, but otherwise good.

This place is awesome!! I wanted to try somewhere new in Coronado, so chose this place to celebrate my birthday with my friend. Easy parking at lunchtime, beautiful open, spacious restaurant, great menu and we both loved what we ordered, extensive drink list, though the bartender made me something not on the list at my request, and our server was just the best - quick, efficient, personable and she even out a candle on my birthday dessert! Definitely going back and I understand they have a great Happy Hour, too!

Have dined there fairly often, but our recent experience was not very good. First, the menu that they post has changed in content and prices. Major prior items that are still shown on the website are gone, e.g., no filet, no pork, no scalloped potatoes, etc., and prices have gone up substantially just in the past week or so, e.g., by 20%! Secondly, they were not very helpful with food allergies and did not even permit substitutions. In addition, the place is almost unbearable with noise. Not as family-oriented with modest pricing as previously.

Perfect spot to have specialty drinks and escape the heat. We went to catch a drink prior to checking in at Hotel del Coronado and the servers were awesome. The drinks were on point and the burger delicious.

Fish and chips was the only thing I would recommend. The sliders were dry. Brussel sprouts were too oily. Burger dry. Filet mignon tacos were ok but small portion.

We ordered four dishes. The brussel sprouts were amazing. The rest of her food was just okay. The sliders got better when we asked for some aioli sauce. But before that they were just dry burgers on bread rolls. It was very loud inside even with the windows open.

This place was great for a pre race dinner. Great service and delicious food and drinks. The only issue was the portion size relative to the cost. It was not enough food. We had 12 people and they all said the same thing. Had a great time though. Thank you

Service was good. They were out of an appetizer on the menu and they switched out a draft beer but didn't update the menu. Burger was nearly a slider-size but tasted good. Pork chop overcooked. Risotto undercooked. Salmon a bit dry. Soggy french fries. Three stars only because of the cocktails and service. Keep your expectations low for the food quality.

The halibut taco appetizer is perfect for 2 people to share - could be a meal for one person. Delicious! Not fried. Grilled, which was healthier and more tasty. Really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts appetizer too - generous portion, enough to share. Service was excellent. We will be back. It’s a nice pub-type atmosphere. Recommended to us by locals. Noise level is high though…
