Taste Caf� and Marketplace offers gourmet meals with locally sourced ingredients for patrons in the Indianapolis area that are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The d�cor is modern and bright. Breakfast is kept simple, yet elegant, with options such as deep dish strata, truffle egg toast and lox bagels. For lunch at Taste Caf� and Marketplace, there are a number of garden salads offered as well as the option to create your own with any of the ingredients on hand. In addition, the menu includes gourmet sandwiches including prosciutto and caprese, albacore tuna nicoise, curried chicken salad and roasted veggie. Dinner at Taste Caf� and Marketplace includes salads, tartines and main dishes such as roasted chorizo and slow roasted salmon.

While the food was amazing the building itself is less that to be desired. Seating def needs updated. All in all, we will return!

My wife and I had 7 pm reservation on New Years Eve. Which happens to be our Anniversay of our marriage. We arrived on time and were seated promptly. Hostess poured us waters at the time we were seated. We sat and looked at menus for about 10 minutes and had not be contacted by our waiter. We then started looking around to identify our waiter and was avoided by the waitress serving the guest at tables on each side of our table. This went on for the next 10 minutes and finally at 725pm we gathered our coat and left. No waiter our waitress ever approached us in 20+ minutes since our arrival. Happy to say we wentto The Meridian and grabbed seats in bar. We were treated with excellent service and food. Just wish we didn't waste time at Taste.

Had the ham and cheese wrap. Unfortunately the wrap was so doggy with some liquid dripping out, that I just ate some of the filling. The cappuccino and the blueberry tart were excellent. However, I had reservations, they were not honored, instead I got attitude. I probably will not be back.

Every dish I have ever had at Taste has been wonderful. From the goat cheese appetizer to the vegetable salad with the AMAZING dressing to pomme writes to dessert, every bite is wonderful.only open for dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but sooo worth the effort to get to Broadripple on a weeknight

Food was fine, but Be careful "reserving" a table here. This place is a diner and it's first come first serve. We had to wait outside on a cold day because all the tables inside were taken.

We were surprise to arrive and find out that our 'reservation' wasn't really a reservation. Luckily we arrived when we did to get the last table. If we'd been two minutes later, the line was out the door - guess we would have gone elsewhere. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you. Good was very good (and pricey). Staff was working hard to keep up with the rush and very friendly. Obviously popular but for the first timer a little overwhelming.
