Very mixed experience. It took 50 min for them to bring appetizers, because the orders got mixed up; my drink was also wrong. Then, when entrees finally arrived, they were not complete, as the additions, we’d ordered, were somehow forgotten. Service was of a fast food place where getting your order right, is a matter of luck! With all fairness, the food, that finally made to our table, was amazing, and worthy of the most sophisticated palate. Not sure what happened that evening, but the service was so below our expectations, even though, only half of the tables were occupied. This was not our first time dining there, but the overall experience we went after, wasn’t there. Hope it was just a fluke, and not the trend, that is popular among restaurants.

Menu items were lacking-- no grilled chicken fished, no cooked seafood dishes. Service was average. Ordered steak and it was improperly cooked but good. Just nothing stood out !

Amazing Service!!!! Took advantage of the raw bar happy hour and the seafood was fresh and delicious. The oysters were pretty decent actually for it being 1.50 per oyster. Riley our server was outstanding! She really made our night, very prompt and polite. Went above and beyond..Personally gave me the best service I've ever had at a restaurant:) The manager was also so amazing..Even made up an old fashioned table side for my boyfriend, which was also delicious. So many great things to say about this place and my experience..Go and you won't be disappointed!!

Really nice venue. Great food and appetizers. Unfortunately it was over run with flys and we did not get enjoy the meal as we were constantly swatting them away.

The food and service were great! Unfortunately the ambiance was a little dated. This restaurant needs a facelift. BUT, still great food, great service at a pretty fair price!

Good ambience but the restaurant was almost completely empty. The food was decent but overpriced for what you get. Probably why the restaurant was empty. Service was good. It’s part of the chain of restaurants including smugglers inn. It’s basically the same - decent food but I would eat elsewhere due to the value.
