Helmed by Chef Tammy Huynh, Tamarine's menu features an exquisite selection of entrees, soups, salads and signature dishes cooked with the freshest Asian ingredients.

    Superb selection of foods including great options for vegetarian and vegan. Delectable flavors, wonderful service, warm cosy atmosphere and great for meetings with minimal noise interference. Certainly the place to be seen and definitely a place to taste the delights of asian / Vietnamese cuisine. The deserts were off the charts wonderful.

    We’ve been dining at Tamarine since its beginning, and it never fails to delight. The food is consistently delicious, the ambiance is upbeat and lively, and the service top notch. Our favorites are the bahn mi roti, shaking beef, wild pepper duck, and the tuna tartare. But we’ve experimented with many other dishes, cocktails, and desserts and have never been disappointed. Long live Tamarine!

    Absolutely fantastic meal as always. Whenever we have vegetarian friends dining this is one of our top places as the menu has plenty of choices for veggies and meat eaters alike. Every course was spectacular, and our guest said it was the best veggie food they'd had in years.

    What a terrific restaurant. Not sure how to characterize the cuisine but truly outstanding and imaginative food. Staff were attentive. Wine list met our needs perfectly.
