Great service by Elijah. Food was excellent as always. Our favorite place in the city.
Wonderful Sunday Brunch at Talula’s!!! The beverages, the atmosphere and the food we all spectacular!!
As usual....the food was awesome...the service was excellent and the reservation was honored as scheduled...thank you for a lovely experience. It was my daughter's birthday and she was very happy.
Good food but a little pricey for breakfast foods.
Wonderful wonderful wonderful!! The food was amazing! It was really something special.
Absolutely lovely time at Talula's Garden. Food, drinks, service-- all were impeccable. Highly recommend and I can't wait to come back.
Food was very good
Brilliant in every way.
Beautiful setting with excellent service. Food is amazing and very fresh! Highly recommended!
Wonderful food, service, atmosphere. If you’re eating outdoors, request in the garden, rather than on the street side.
A fun place with great food & service !!
Good food and terrific service that starts from the moment you arrive. Thanks to the hard working team that make Talula’s one of Philly’s best restaurants! Jason
Talulas is our go to - fav spot!
All I can say is wow. From the food, to the ambience, and the service - I was very impressed. A friend and I went for brunch and definitely will be back very soon. This place is definitely a gem!!
Talulah’s Garden. The best brunch in Old City. What an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it.
The food was delicious (as always), however, our meal felt incredibly rushed. We placed our order for the cheese board and small plates at the same time as our entrees, but our meals were brought out less than 10-15 minutes after the appetizers. This was inconsistent with our prior experiences here, but really made the entire experienced rushed and felt we couldn't enjoy our meal at a reasonable pace.
Nice atmosphere. Great food and service - thank you Quinn.
We were looking forward to our dinner at Talula's garden. We were seated promptly right next to the kitchen which wasn't ideal even though there were quite a few other open tables. Our server was pleasant and informative and the food came out in a timely manner. We ordered salads, biscuits, fried chicken, short ribs, ravioli and desserts. Our overall impression was that it was good but not the wonderful culinary experience we anticipated.
All great but , I’d like the table to stay stable. Ours rocked back and forth. Waiter tried to shim it but that slipped out during dinner.
It’s the little things that make you the best or not
My husband, daughter, and I had an early dinner at Talula's Garden prior to attending her college graduation. We started with cocktails; I had a dirty martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives, my husband had they house special old-fashioned, and my daughter had a tequila sunrise. I had to ask for extra olive juice on the side and was also surprised to find when the bill came that the olives cost extra--I've ordered this drink in numerous bars/restaurants and have never seen that before. My husband thought his $20 drink was just okay and ordered traditional ($5-cheaper) Manhattan for his next round--he liked that better. My daughter didn't care for her drink; I tasted it and didn't really like it either.
We all enjoyed the cheese platter as a shared appetizer, but, for three people, we could've used a little more bread/crackers. For dinner, I ordered the short rib, my husband ordered the goat cheese ravioli, and my daughter ordered the fried chicken. We all really liked the short rib, my husband liked (but didn't love) the ravioli (I didn't really care for it), and while we all liked the fried chicken, we all agreed that it wasn't really worth the $35 price tag. We did not order dessert.
The service was good and the decor and ambiance of the restaurant were pleasant. We all wished it had been a nicer/warmer night so that we could've eaten outside.
Great reception by staff. Lovely table. Food was delicious and meal was well paced. We had a cheese board, tuna crudo and shrimp and scallops with lemon risotto. Wonderful evening.
The food and ambiance were both spectacular. Our waiter was fantastic. Thank you!
Our server was fantastic and I look forward to going back.
Reunion with old friends
Went for my anniversary and was amazed as always. Food was spectacular, drinks were delicious. Our server, Connor, was great. My favorite dessert is the carrot cake so i was happy to see that on the menu. Never a bad experience!
good food, good staff and delicious food. Recommend
Best cheese board ever! Entrees were innovative and delicious. Wine list tended towards the high end but we found a couple of nice bottles that were not outrageous. Highly recommended!
Food and service were fantastic! Especially loved the biscuits, pasta primavera, and beet side. Service was attentive and friendly. Great cocktail list as well!
My only complaint is ambiance. They are unable to meet requests for garden seating vs the stalls they built out on the street across from the park. I made a reservation well in advance and commented with a request, so it was disappointing to find upon arrival that it wasn't able to be met. The street outdoor seating is fine, but could do with some plants or other embellishment to mimic the garden vibe to a fuller extent.
Everything was perfect about our meal. Each course was divine. We sat outside in the lovely, pleasant garden. The service was warm and attentive. The food was exquisite. Could not have been happier.
The food options were interesting and delicious! The outdoor seating is wonderful, hopefully it stays beyond the pandemic.
TG never dissappoints. This is our 9th straight year celebrating our anniversay.
Delicious food in a lovely setting
The food and the service was excellent
Very good experience for Sunday brunch. The sound level should be controlled better, that was the only detractor from a very enjoyable meal.
Great service from Tatum. The ambiance in the garden was beautiful. The food are really good too.
I highly recommend the lemon pancakes. The breakfast potatoes were also excellent. Next time we are in Philadelphia we will go to Talula’s Garden, an excellent place all a round.
Wonderful food. Excellent venue. Friendly staff. Can't recommend more highly.
