AMAZING!!! The city was basically shut down because of a snow storm, so not many restaurants were open. I was lucky enough to get a reservation. Table was absolutely phenomenal. The food was delicious; the server was great and gave wonderful recommendations. The wine was out of this world. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and would gladly go back next time I'm in town!
Great food, atmosphere and service! They were the only restaurant open in the snow storm and they handled it like a champ!
By far the best meal my friends and I had during our three-day holiday weekend in Asheville. The bread, the small plates, the rabbit pasta and the desserts were top notch from beginning to end. Also, Stuart, our server was a delight!
Overpriced for what it was, burrata and carrots and bread were good
Just great food, good vibe and nice people. I love when that happens!
Insanely delicious, great atmosphere
From the minute we walked into the door we felt welcome and that we were in the right spot! Brett was our server and he was amazing! The food was amazing! We shared the trout for two and it was THE BEST fish we’ve had in years! Such a great end to our day! Drinks were great, perfect wine pairing and great coffee and dessert! Best dining experience we’ve had in a long time.
This place was recommended but was a disappointment. Apparently the recommendation was based on performance before they moved.
The 4 of us arrived at 6 pm on a weekday. The place was empty which is not a problem considering Covid. We were quickly sat and the waiter came and introduced himself. We were served water and appetizers in a timely manner. While we were deciding what to order the servers and chefs in the kitchen could be heard talking and laughing loudly. They were positioned in the just around the corner from where we sat instead of in the kitchen.
When the waiter returned to take our orders he smelled of alcohol. Something we may have not noticed before this point.
We ordered 3 different entrees. The pork schnitzel served with German Potato Salad and buttered cabbage. Over all it was good, but the pork had an odd citric flavor. One guest had the flounder and found it to be very fishy. The last had the butchers steak and potatoes. Although prepared rare the meat was so tough it was hard to chew. All 4 of us found every entree to be over salted
We were disappointed in the food and question if the lack of patrons was due to other’s experience. I am hoping that the regular chef was out with Covid and the food would have been better on a different day.
Everything about the dining experience at Table was "top notch." Great service, outstanding menu, and quality food.
Don't hop away from the rabbit!! Unlike a previous reviewer, we found the dish plentiful as well as delicious. For those who have not had Heidi's loaf, it is a milk bread, brioche-like small loaf. Took home half of it for tomorrow's breakfast. I can't say enough about the quality of our server. His help in choosing wine, dishes and coursing the meal was invaluable.
The mid-winter, mid-week crowd was small enough to allow welcome space between diners.
Our server was excellent! The pork schnitzel was deeeelicious. My friend ordered the flounder and it was also incredible. I can’t wait to dine here again soon!
Absolutely wonderful dinner and overall experience. We will be back!
Very nice farm to table.
Highly recommend sitting at the bar. Banter with the bar staff was great. Wine recommendations and cocktails were top notch. It's honestly a great value for the price. You won't leave hungry I can promise you that. Also, you have to get the Rabbit Cavatelli. It's knockout!
New Years Day dinner reservation unfortunately we were sat in the loud bar area instead of main dining. The waiter was amazing and made lovely recommendations for wine pairings. We ordered the small plate of rabbit ragu $20 which was tasty however no rabbit was harmed in the plating of this dish. The trout for two was amazing. Overall it was good experience except for the unfortunate table location behind the loud bar.
New Year’s Eve
The windows were open as it was a nice night but the sounds of loud cars, motorcycles and twice emergency vehicles passing by was too much for a pricey restaurant.
The bread is amazing
Unfortunately there was waaaay too much salt in my entree.
The food and service were great, but I was shocked to see how close the seating was in a county with spiking Covid rates (less than two feet between tables). I'm vaccinated and resigned to the fact everyone will likely become infected so I went with it. Otherwise I may have walked out. It was the last nice place with available reservations for NYE that wasn't prix fixe dining.
Really good food and great service high recommended
Food was fabulous. Entrees took a long time to come out but otherwise fantastic.
Great atmosphere and service!
The food and cocktails were absolutely fantastic.
Service was outstanding. Will definitely come back again
The pork schnitzel was to die for. Huge piece of meat and it was warm to the last bite. Simply amazing.
The host got us a table right away and service was prompt. We were never waiting. Heidi’s bread was a standout, but everything we had was delicious. Definitely would return.
Definitely a winner of a restaurant. We were warmly greeted and seated. Our waiter Daniel was attentive. We ordered wines by the glass (Cotes du Rhone & Tegernseerhof Gruner) and I liked how he brought the bottle to the table to pour it. Two of us ordered the Flounder and loved it being perfectly cooked along with grits. The chicken was tender as could be and delicious. The Cavatelli was absolutely fantastic! This place has it going on and is worth experiencing.
Good food but overpriced.
Good food but overpriced.
Excellent every time we go. Great service and food.
Great quality and portion size, burrata and carrots especially good
My sister and I enjoyed our trip to Table. Our waiter was incredible personable, attentive, and helpful. When he found out we didn't drink, he suggested a specialty mocktail that truly made our evening. The food was excellent - definitely get the bread. Everything was delicious, the courses were timed perfectly, and we felt so spoiled by such an experience.
The food was amazing. This is our first time after they moved location. My only comment is on the congestion of tables. About a foot and a half between tables. You could hardly pass through without tipping your Neighbour I g table glasses. This of course contributed to the very high noise level.
Menu was very limited and the entrees were not amazing. The service and appetizers, however, were fantastic! Please order the bread, it’s the best thing ever!
Great service. Very gluten free friendly menu. All dishes were amazing!
We will all be back soon!
Sat at the bar. Fantastic service on Christmas Eve. Warm welcoming staff. Outstanding food from start to finish. We warmed our leftover schnitzel for breakfast on Christmas morning.
Excellent food abs service! Our favorite place in Asheville
It was an annual birthday dinne
Food is outstanding and the servers know the menu and give quality recommendations. All-around fantastic dining experience you will enjoy every morsel.
The staff was amazing and the suggested wine pairings were spot on. We had the shrimp toast that was simple, fresh and delicious. The cavatelli is out of this world. Couldn’t be happier.
We always have a good meal at Table. However, yesterday's offerings were exceptional. The reason I rated ambience as good rather than outstanding: it was quite cold outside and we were seated by a door. We were fine but others might have been cold.
We had a great dining experience. We were there early on a Sunday evening so it was not crowded. We had the trout for two. It was fabulous. Our server was fabulous.
