Great experience, great food, perfect for date night. We real enjoyed it.
Great service great food. The fries with the steak frites were just good. Steak was outstanding. The potatoes and brussel sprouts with the other steak dish were outstanding but that steak wasn’t great and yes, we know it’s a different cut. It wasn’t bad at all, just not outstanding like the other things. Smoked fish dip is really good too.
Drinks were really good. The party room could be closed off a little better for less noise, but that’s if I’m being picky.
First time diners, good variety of choices including items we don’t see elsewhere
Will be back!
Atmosphere was decent but loud. Fish dip appetizer was good. Steak was extremely overdone and waitress didn’t come back for 10+ minutes and I was too hungry to wait. Brussel sprouts, Mac& cheese, and potatoes were really good. Overall, decent but the steak I ordered medium was actually well done/dry and definitely not worth 54$.
Wonderful food. Prefer sitting in dining room vs lobby areas. Service was friendly, helpful, and fun but a little slow. May have been slightly understaffed.
I took my mother for a girls trip and chose this place for a special treat and Table28 delivered. Great service, loved the music, and the food was divine!
Chef Scott Rains always puts together a great menu. He has his mainstays but also adds great variety from time to time. My wife and I always enjoy each trip to Table 28.
Excellent all the way around. A hidden gem.
The service was great, the servers was really sweet. If in the area again. We’d definitely come back.
Excellant food and service! Really enjoyed the Bone Marrow, such a delicacy!!
Food was really good. The menu is definitely different compared to other restaurants.
Always delicious!!
Our food was burned.
Staff was the best part, had a great date, and nice strong drink.
The food was great and the waitress we had was exceptional !!!
Excellent menu and the food did not disappoint.
Our experience here did not start out great. We did not realize it was inside a hotel so we were extremely confused when we arrived. No big deal, we figured it out. Took us over 10 minutes to be greeted and served water. They weren’t really busy. After that, our serve at attentive. However, it took an hour to get our meal. The table next to us arrived 30 minutes after we did, and were served almost immediately - seemed like they knew the owner. Their food came out well before ours, they managed to finish their meal and pay before our meals were even served to us. My husband got the steak, and I got the duck. My husband said his steak was seasoned well, but the cook and cut was not great. The duck, bland as all get out. Literally had no flavor what so ever to me. My husband tried it and he said it was gamey, but I couldn’t taste that. The greens and turnips though, amazing! Honestly was not worth the price we paid. I expected more.
Josh was a great waiter. The entire staff was on point.
Most elegant meal I have ever had n the US, and in two other countries.
The Quail Lollis were fabulous. We also enjoyed the Blackened Redfish and Venison special. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing, as well. We had a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to go back.
Portions are tiny, food was pretty good.
Food and cocktails were awesome. The meatloaf, the specialty breads, the Brussel sprouts , the White Swan cocktail and English toffee dessert all highly recommended.
Will definitely be returning frequently!
Service was prompt the waiter was very friendly and he helped me present my ring to my wife very creatively. The food was amazing I’m definitely coming back
The food and service was just average. The risotto had a weird taste the duck had a good taste however, the skin was not rendered out. The lamb belly was nothing to get excited about either. They were also out of the ingredients for an Alex Perfect Manhattan. However, dessert was the best of the night
Very enjoyable
Great service food was delicious! We felt very safe.
We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was excellent. Our server Courtney did a wonderful job taking care of us.
The best restaurant in town, hands down! Do yourself a favor and save room for the sticky toffee pudding!
This restaurant is unique in every dish that is created. One of a kind
flavors!! We were celebrating my sons Birthday and we each ordered something
different and shared samples from all. Thank You Sou Chef Zach!!
Always a great experience. Menu changes regularly and each dish is great. Cant go wrong any item.
Table 28 is a very cozy atmosphere with amazing food. It’s located in the Burgundy Hotel. Waitstaff was very knowledgeable and the drinks and food are amazing. Had the charred octopus appetizer which was phenomenal. Rum old fashioned and white swan cocktails were wonderful. For the main course we had the blackened redfish and the filet mignon, and the bone marrow. They were excellent. The sticky toffee pudding for desert was also exceptional. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend!
My favorite place for dinner in Littler Rock. Scott's seasonal, locally sourced menu is always exciting and unique and the staff is extremely cordial. Great job, Table 28!!
We were told parties of two could not sit in the main dining area. We sat in the hotel lobby area and it was overly bright. Further, the music was loud and obnoxious.
This was a wonderful date night with my husband. We loved every moment--the greeting when we arrived, the service and the food.
Birthday . Great time
Fabulous! They made my wife's birthday special. Food, drinks, service, atmosphere were all perfect
I got a gift card for my birthday otherwise I would not have gone there. This restaurant requires a reservation & prices are high enough that I saved going there for a special occasion (my mom’s birthday). Summary:
Was served hot tea with a tarnished butter knife to stir my sweetener/cream.
Menu items had one odd ingredient that required an explanation from the waiter. Chicken skin was featured as appetizer, condiment, & breading substitute in many dishes.
After poring over the menu & not finding anything appetizing (chicken skin Mayo) or reasonably priced ($20 meatloaf), ordered an appetizer & cocktail.
Sazerac (which is not found on many local menus so I was excited) was cloying sweet & presentation was underwhelmingly. I took maybe 3 sips.
The roasted mushroom appetizer was served with ricotta, truffle oil, & FRENCH TOAST. Opted for plain toasted bread because mushrooms & French toast don’t seem like a super combination. Decent presentation & quantity but the dish had no flavor. My mom took a bite & immediately spit it out. Said mushrooms were slimey. When mushrooms go bad, it’s easy to tell - they never should have been cooked & served.
At that point, we gave up. Manager came by - “Sorry you didn’t enjoy our restaurant.” He was not interested in any of our feedback & defended the experience by declaring the restaurant was “casual dining”. He was a jacket & cummerbund short of wearing a tux...He did buy back the gift card but suggested I count the money to make sure it was all there.
All in all, the wait staff & manager made us feel like we didn’t measure up to their restaurant.
Ended up at an Indian restaurant down the street where I am never disappointed & always warmly greeted. Mom had never been & is planning to go back with her husband.
Final note: Skip Table 28 & head to Star of India.
We had the chance to dine at Table 28 as we were passing through town at the end of a road trip. The food was excellent and meticulously prepared. The head chef made it a point to come out and ask about our experience. I would recommend anyone wanting a fine dining experience in Little Rock to try this place out.
This was our first time at Table 28 and it was overall very good. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service. We were seated in what appeared to be the hotel dining area due to social distancing requirements . it was not bad in any way, but not quite as cozy as the main dining area might be. This is completely understandable for our current times and we appreciated the availability of seating and social distancing. Everything was very clean and we observed the diligent cleaning protocol staff followed after a table was cleared. We ordered the Risotto and the Game Hen along with the artichoke dip. All were delicious! The truffle sauce with the risotto really played off of the perfectly cooked root veggies. Most artichoke dips are good, but this one was memorable. We will order this again as the artichoke texture was fresh and the cheese choice was outstanding. Our server, Cocoa, recommended an excellent wine and was attentive to us all the while allowing us to enjoy the evening. The host was extremely courteous and very personable throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!
Food was amazing! The Quail Lollies are a must have. The roasted mushrooms are very good, but the house hummus they brought us and the quail are outstanding. I had the shrimp and grits and it was one of the best I have ever had. My husband tried the Redfish and felt the same. The fried brussels were also really nice. My husband had the mac & cheese side, but I did not especially care for the peppers in it. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert was a perfect way to top off a great meal.
