A unique venue. Scallops were perfect and the accompanying veggies were grilled the way I like it, My wife had the rock fish which she declared exquisite. Service was good and the overall experience delightful.
Food was fantastic, and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The filet mignon was tender and melted in your mouth. Loved the brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes that went with it. The rock fish was equally delicious. A bit disappointed on the portion, as it was a very small piece, and we've gotten more at other restaurants. It was prepared very well with Yukon gold potatoes and rainbow colored beets. Very tasty and filling. Our table ordered both the brownie and creme brulee. Both were yummy and satisfied the sweet tooth. Can't wait to come back. Glad we found it on open table. Great little place to visit.
Melissa, who waited on us, is the best! And the food was delicious.
Food and service were both top notch. Susan was our very cheerful server. She was busy but maintained a great attitude throughout. A nice wine list. Prices for wine and food were very reasonable.
The atmosphere was extremely friendly. The decor is quirky and inviting. The wait staff was gracious and welcoming. And the food was delicious!!!!
We love this restaurant. Food is always good. Noise level low and great service! Highly recommend.
Love this spot! It is our neighborhood bar and restaurant
Overly salted, couldn’t take bacon out of the eggs which suggests either blatant snobbery or that they premix the omelette materials with the bacon. Potatoes were aggressively seasoned with salt. Blueberry pancakes were the highlight of the meal, admittedly delicious. But the rest was off the charts salty. Come here if you want to raise your cholesterol and blood pressure.
Everything top notch. You will not be disappointed and get the Bloody Mary.
Always a treat. Ashley is a great server. Tuna excellent, so was oysters and pork belly
Loved this place - can't wait to go back. Fabulous prepared to order food (we did Sunday brunch) - great service. All food is fresh and amazing. This place also has great ice tea - made with various interesting selections (which they also sell there). Great find!
Great food and great service. We had the tuna tartare, seared tuna, trout and steak. All were excellent.
We are so happy to see the restaurant is back open. We ate here two nights in a row. The Chicken Chowder was excellent, the Seared Tuna appetizer was amazing, and we always enjoy the drinks.
Love the T. Best food in St. Michaels/Easton area, without a doubt.
Ambience is laid back but beautiful, and farm to table locavore menu is always changing, and terrific.
Food was amazing, as well as the service. Drinks were creative and dessert was delicious.
T's at the General Store is a real find and in a fun country setting on the Eastern Shore.
Great chef, wonderful menu, always a real treat. Staff are so pleasant and efficient.
It's just a wonderful casual experience in the heart of Talbot County, Md.
Our little village bistro is always a treat. Pork belly is sublime. Rare tuna a treat. Generous cocktails and decent wine list. Here's an insiders tip: BYOB wine for a modest corkage fee ....so bring a great bottle or 3 from your cellar!
A nice local place. Always a good feel with above average service and food. Definitely worth a visit.
Consistently the best place I have eaten since moving to the shore in 2017.
In my opinion T at the General Store has the best food in the area. It’s a short drive off the beaten path. It has a cool vibe and an interesting cocktail menu cueing off of their signature teas. Wine pours are generous. All of the ingredients are farm to table and super fresh. Shrimp and grits is savory and robust with a bit of a kick, fish dishes super fresh. My large family who rarely have consensus opinions all LOVE this restaurant. And the staff is super friendly. We are becoming regulars!
T at the General Store is a real treat! Great food, wonderful service and country atmosphere. Locals and visitors alike will find it a special hidden away treasure.
Thrilled this gem is back open!
Continues to create exceptional, local food and the staff are so attentive and thoughtful.
great brunch, nice menu choices [not run of the mill], mimosas and Marys are great
Food and wine delicious, our server was very nice. Great night out for our group. Off the beaten path and worth it.
What a wonderful dinner with great service. Susan and Ashley are professional, courteous and so friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was delicious. The wine and tea selection was very good. So happy they are reopened! We appreciate the T team!
So happy to have our little village restaurant back open! Friendly and capable wait staff, simple but well executed menu, a wonderful meal overall.
Spent weekend in St Michaels with two college girlfriends. We did Brunch at t at the General Store. Loved getting off the more crowded Talbot Street as this place is about 2 miles out. Food was delicious. Best Bloody Mary I have every had. Fun and quaint atmosphere! Cannot wait to go back!!!
Best Bloody Mary ever!
Food was wonderful!
Food and service both excellent!!!
Great food and a nice variety of dishes. Cocktails are a good size too!
Innovative, creative farm to table food of the highest order. Very fresh and very well made... excellent food.
The shrimp Alfredo over fettuccine had plenty of fresh mushrooms, spinach and shrimp- really tasty. The scallops were prepared perfectly.
First time in. Didn't even know it was there for several years although my wife and I traveled the Eastern Shore area around Easton/St Michael's/Oxford for many years previously.
The food here is somewhat eclectic with limited Menu, as can be seen online, but what we both had (Shrimp and Grits) was outstanding! Great plate presentation with a large amount of creamy grits covered with 6 generous sized shrimp and a superb sauce ... simply delicious! The spinach salad my wife enjoyed was just right and I loved my bowl of tomato basil soup.
Our server Susan was very friendly and a one woman show that night, at least outside the kitchen. She also made me a delicious cocktail which lasted the entire meal.
We look forward to returning again and sampling the crabcakes meal which Susan was kind enough to quickly show us on the way to delivering them to another table. A memorable night and a wonderful new dining experience. Color us impressed.
Loved it. Off the beaten path but worth the trip. And the loose tea selection was fantastic!
Excellent food and service. The place is definitely a hidden gem.
Great Sunday brunch and the best Bloodys!
It was excellent !!!
Worth the quick 10 minute drive from St. Michael’s...made a reservation for two because there was no availability in town. Amazing food, cute spot, and great service! Crab cakes and sea scallops special were cooked perfectly. Will definitely go back.
Outstanding food, lovely decor and ambiance. We had Sunday brunch and truly enjoyed the attentive service along with a delicious meal. This is in our neighborhood and we look forward to coming back again.
