Nestled at the foot of the Watchman rock formation in Zion Canyon, Switchback Grille Steak & Fish House features hand-selected USDA Prime beef, Certified Angus Beef and a daily fresh fish menu that follows the seasons. Artfully prepared dishes, warm superior service, stunning views of the West Temple and a sophisticated southwest dining room come together for a truly unique dining experience. Additionally, Switchback offers full bar service with the area’s most extensive wine list. Banquet and catering services are available year round as well as a cozy sports grill with all of your pub favorites. No online reservations for party s of over 10 people. ( 24 hours notice required)

On site, one can choose from several locations that range from conference room settings to outdoor patios. We offer extensive catering menus and look forward to tailoring your event to your exact specifications.

                                                                          I ordered the Flat Iron steak. It was fantastic. The Berry salad was excellent. I’ve eaten there a couple of times before and the food and service has always been great. I had a nice window seat looking out at the beautiful Zion mountains. It was a great evening.

                                                                          Our dinner at Switchback Grille was outstanding in every way. Thee service was attentive and polite. The food was excellent - beautifully presented, well-seasoned, cooked as ordered, and delicious. The prices are high - this is fine dining - but sometimes you really do get what you pay for!

                                                                          One of the best steakhouses we have ever ben in....Amazing to find it in Zion....but we were glad we did.....Fantastic. The server was a great guy....very professional and did a great job of timing every course... It's worth the drive from where ever you are.....Thank you..!!!

                                                                          An outstanding restaurant, with exceptional service, food and lovely decor and nice patio. The music put us to sleep. Though we like a fairly quiet restaurant it was elevator music and really diminished the mood.
