such a fun place to dine with friends....love the venue
Food was hardly recognizable. Not good, will not return.
Fun experience for a bachelorette party!
Great show, wish it was in all one room. The performance was amazing though and they were very willing to take pictures! The food was great! The main room had a funky smell to it.
The drag show was super fun, the queens are super talented! Food is good but don’t expect good service from the wait staff
Loved, loved, loved it. The show was amazing! The drinks were good as well as the food.
Michael was an amazing server. The entertainment was great. Brunch was delicious.
Fun bunch with friends!! Food is hit or miss! Avocado toast is amazing but other things are just ok. Show is fun and great to do with friends!
For years Suzy’s has been an oasis in the desert of Nashville’s LGBTQ “strip.” A safe, upscale, classy, private, inclusive dinning experience for Nashville’s LGBTQ community. I last dined there 8-10 months ago and noticed a decline. This past weekend has ended my desire to make Suzy’s part of my Nashville restaurant choices. The service was HORRIBLE, the employees are not professional (in dress, demeanor, and attitude) (bar tender exluded-he saved our evening!), the drag dinning is a pitiful, annoying, distracting tourist trap that most locals despise (go to PLAY for that!), the reservations were messed up upon arrival and several tables were given away before our arrival that should have been reserved. The food remains wonderfully fantastic, but no longer enough for me to overlook all the other flaws. Sadly, I will not return to this once rock-solid bastion of the Nashville LGBTQ community.....as it unfortunately isn’t remotely close to that any longer.
So much fun! The Sangria was perfect! The food is great and generous portions. The ladies put on an exceptional show! Go..you won't regret it! Plan to return!
The drag dinner far exceeded what I hoped it would be! We had a bachelorette party group of 10 so I made reservations. The host was very welcoming, our server was FANTASTIC, and the queens were so amazing. That alone would have been enough, but on top of that the food was delicious. We ordered a huge variety of appetizers, sushi, and entrees and everything was so so so good! I'm vegan and was worried that there might not be something for me, but the tofu teriyaki vegetable bowl was marked vegan and I loved it! If you are on the fence about going to Suzy Wong's, please do it! You won't be disappointed, I swear.
Triple C and Michael 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Great show. Great ambiance. Fantastic food. This place is a must if you’re in the Nashville area.
It is a great place and such a nice change to mix up the usual night out for dinner. If you are looking for some great entertainment and great food make your reservation.
I was looking forward to a fun night but was a bit disappointed. The noise level was incredibly loud because of a couple bachelorette parties so it became incredibly hard to talk without yelling.
The food wasn’t bad but the there wasn’t really a wide variety on the menu or any healthy choices.
One of the girls who sang didn’t look like she really wanted to be there at all and her performance showed.
Not sure if they were short on waitstaff but we only saw our wait person a couple times and only got one drink because of it.
Hopefully it was just an off night for all.
In love with this restaurant
Outstanding food. Atmosphere is the best. Loved the show! Will definitely some again next time we're in town!
We had an absolute blast! The Drag brunch was great. The only thing I wish I would have done differently is the time slot I booked for the reservation. When I booked there was only a 2PM slot for our party size. The restaurant closes PROMPTLY at 3 PM. Once seated we had about 10 minutes until last call for drinks, and we had to kind of rush through eating. Still give Suzy Wong’s a great rating, but they might want to re-think allowing 2PM reservations.
This place is ONLY worth it for the drag show. AWESOME time watching the Queens and loving their performances. HOWEVER. The service is terrible. It took about an hour for us to get out food and when we asked if they wouldnt mind checking on our food we were given the excuse that they were very busy and there was a whole other room of people... okay its a Saturday in Nashville where you should EXPECT to be busy. You knew how many reservations you had... Food was okay. The Avocado toast was not on toast. The egg rolls were FAB. The pancakes were decent.
We went to the drag brunch and it was FABULOUS! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. Our group was in the back room and it felt like we had our own private show. I had the shrimp & grits- very good! And great bloody Mary’s. I wish every brunch was drag brunch!
We did dinner on a Friday so it may be a different experience than the weekend brunch but it was pretty just ‘meh’. The staff is great and the queens are pretty - I guess if you’ve never done a drag show before it’s cute. But it will be disappointing if you have done one elsewhere. Food is embarrassing. We knew we were going for the experience so the food may be mediocre but DAMN. Both my vegetable teriyaki and the potstickers were so so greasy it felt like eating oil. My friends sweet and sour chicken was more like dry bits of overly fried chicken nuggets piled up on some which rice with not enough sauce. All in all not totally inedible but really close.
We were there for just over and hour and saw two ‘shows’ which are two queens each.
An absolute must do! We had an absolute blast! Short Iber from downtown. Delicious food. The talent and servers are all very friendly. Such a fun environment.
Fun and enjoyable! Good takes a while to come out so hard with kiddos
They just walked around grabbing dollar bills. I guess I had higher expectations of the experience. Food was great and service was impeccable.
Food was overpriced, very bland, and took forever to come out. Drag show was awesome and the performer/host was funny. Server checked back often enough and drinks were refilled. If you are only there for food, you will be disappointed.
Everything was as expected. Food was delicious, service A+, and the entertainment was the best! Definitely going again!
Amazing server fantastic service. Very busy and loud place but best in Nashville for overall service and food!
A little slow to start the event, but the environment and the staff made the wait pleasant. Overall, it was fun and memorable. Thank you for having us.
We had an absolute blast! We took our children to experience what it’s like to see a drag show! Our son 14 & daughter 12! They loved it! Everyone was super friendly! Though the food was a lil on the high side, we all had an awesome time!! Thank you Suzy Wong’s!
We loved it! The food was great and the entertainment so fun!
We had a great time, came to Nashville for a business trip & needed a fun outing.
Came in for a birthday dinner. Everything was fanfuckingtastic! Can’t wait to go back!
Went for brunch on a Saturday. Really fun and the food was great!
Ryan took extra good care of our group!
The food and service was incredible and the performances were outstanding!!
Average food. I won’t be returning
Wonderful place, great food, fabulous queens 👸🏻
I would recommend this place to anyone 😊
We are never disappointed with a trip for brunch. The entertainers are always welcoming and talented! We love our servers too! (Michael, you rock!)
We went for a bachelorette brunch and it was tons of fun. Great show, good food, and awesome service!
Ok I am older..and was starving so arrived at 6pm for dinner. We were one of a few tables occupied. The service was great. Food was really good..we had Asian Cobb salad and soup to start. Then shared lo mein with shrimp..all was delicious. We were hoping to see a drag show but, it didn't begin till 8pm...I was tired from traveling so we didn't stay.
