The food and service was great. The ramen is pretty average but the beef skewers were awesome. The downside is you feel like you are eating in the middle of a mall if you are in a certain part of the restaurant.

First time for everybody in our party. The drinks were excellent and the food arrived, after not very long, smelling and looking delicious. We all thoroughly enjoyed our selections and shared amongst the three of us. Finished with a small bottle of sake for the table. We decided to try white sake as none of has had it before. It very good. We all took pics of bottle so we could look for it when we got home. Overall very happy with our experience at SUSHISAMBA and will definitely repeat next time I’m in Vegas.

My wife and I have gone to Sushi Samba a lot but we always went to the one in Chicago before they closed down. So we came to the one in Vegas expecting it to be the same great place. You can’t go wrong with the sushi here. The spicy tuna is excellent! Service was a little rough as they tried to seat us wedge between two other groups. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting there and they told us we didn’t have any other option. So we ended up sitting at the bar. Someone came later and said they had another seating available but we were at the bar already and sat there. So a little perturbed about how they handled things but the servers at the bar were great and food was good too. But have to give a 3/5 stars.

Sushi Samba is our favorite restaurant to eat at when we visit Las Vegas. The food, the service, the drinks, are all top notch every time, and this visit was even better! My husbands birthday was the reason we went on this most recent trip and he chose Sushi Samba for his bday dinner. We had a little trouble getting a cab and when I called to extend our reservation by 15-20 minutes they were able to accommodate us without issue. We were only 10 mins past and then sat almost right away after checking in. Our server was attentive and very nice, shared a couple updated items, and got our drinks and appetizer going right away. My husband loves the Lychee Cooler and I always get the Hitachino Nest White Ale (can’t get it anywhere else), and our favorite appetizer is the rock shrimp and if you haven’t tried that appetizer, you’re missing out! We also can’t find that dish anywhere else and it’s fantastic. We also tried the salt and pepper squid and it was lightly crusted with a very nice seasoning and the amount was plentiful and this dish was very good and would def get again. Our server surprised us with gyoza, and how this isn’t on our main rotation is a mystery as every time we come here we will be getting this, along with the shrimp. Wow. Amazing! The Neo Roll and the Lobster roll (the actual menu names escape me), these are two favorites and they don’t disappoint. This is more than enough food for two of us and so good. For dessert they gave my husband a nice little treat that was really tasty and we also ordered a couple pieces of mochi and it was the perfect end to a wonderful meal. We love this place!

Maybe it was the wrong choice of food, but our food experience other than the dessert was bad. Anticuchos were ok, but the tuna with some apple sauce was horrendous! The honey toast was really good though. Extremely noisy, I could barely hear my husband or the waiter (he was truly awesome). It just feels like the amount of money we spent, we could have taken it somewhere else and get more, much better food!

Asian fusion meets club. Very loud, high energy place so if you’re looking for something quiet this isn’t it. The food is a fusion of Asian and South America flavors. Wagyu gyoza was phenomenal as were the miso glazed cod and the duck. Service was great and attentive.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Appreciated the recommendations from our waiter. We sat at the sushi bar and ordered fried scallop appetizer (x2), sea bass small plate, king crab roll, and spicy tuna roll. The sea bass was our favorite, served with two skewers of perfectly grilled sea bass. The sushi rolls were tasty & generous portions, and the four items filled us up. Wish we could try everything!
