Sushi Sasabune offers a unique Omakase-style sushi experience. We specialize in using as much local fish as possible, creating a meal that can be found nowhere else in the world! Sasabune is a specialty sushi restaurant, meaning we do not serve tempura, noodles, California rolls etc. All nigiri are served with its own unique sauce and topping, meant to be eaten as is. In the words of head chef and owner Seiji Kumagawa, "Trust me!"

This is common across many sushi omakase establishments. While the meal is pricey, it delivers substantial value and I doubt you'll be leaving hungry. In the spectrum of sushi omakase pricing, Sushi Sasabune occupies a comfortable middle ground, offering a worthwhile experience for the price. The pacing of the meal is notably efficient, with dishes served promptly after each preceding course. No excessive waiting in my experience, which I appreciate.
