    We were seated at a beautiful outdoor table with a view of the river. Our server, Matt, assisted us in selecting the perfect wine and provided immaculate service throughout the evening. Our bartender, Cameron, surprised me with a pretty gin cocktail after I told her my preference. We shared risotto, filet, catch of the day, Caesar and carrots. Everything was prepared to perfection. Thank you, Matt. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a restaurant this much.

    Amazing service, from the time you enter until you leave. Staff is so friendly and accomdating. Food is delicious, my favorite breakfast place on weekends.

    Supper is always a great option for a special occasion brunch. We like to celebrate special dates on Saturdays instead of Sundays. They were very busy. We wanted to sit outside but the wait staff stated to the hostess that they were overwhelmed and couldn't take any more parties. Really? You're a WAITER, you are paid to hustle. The hostess was nice enough but I don't understand why management doesn't train these people. It's not rocket science but there is thought and balance and consideration with managing table seating. We had a reservation so you shouldn't put us in the flow of waitstaff traffic and the door to the patio where we weren't seated because of the waitress unable to manage one more table. There was constant disruption along with blasts of hot and humid air and we were right next to the bussing station-VERY high traffic and commotion. The food was perfection and our waitress was good. We will continue to patronize Supper b/c we like the food and ambiance. Next time we will insist on a better table. I usually ask to pick another table but i'm just getting tired of this incompetent generation and pretty much roll my eyes and yield.

    We were so disappointed with the quality of the food and presentation of it, as well as the service. The saltiest, mushiest hash browns even after sending it back and receiving a new order! Our omelet was runny and we believe an egg substitute was used instead of real eggs! Even our to go order (a burger and fries) was so salty that we couldn’t eat it. Our chilaquiles were literally a handful of soggy chips drenched with hot sauce with a tablespoon of quacamole and the omelet literally had nothing else on the plate- no fruit , nothing. We will not return or be recommending this to our local friends. Oh and we had to ask for tea refills.

    I had a fantastic dinner at Supper in San Antonio. The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My friend thoroughly enjoyed the risotto, which was rich and perfectly balanced. The drinks were also spot on—crafted with care and a great complement to the meal. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Supper for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in San Antonio!
