My first time dining, or eating from, Superior’s and it was oh so good! I dined alone/solo. So I’m not sure if the staff was always as attentive to their guest. It was a great experience and great food! Everything was SUPERIOR! Will definitely be visiting again! More food on the menu I want to try!!

My recent dining experience at Superior was left much to be desired. The service was subpar, with prolonged wait times for both being greeted by staff and ordering. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, contributing to an overall atmosphere of frustration. Despite the promising menu, the poorly executed service overshadowed any enjoyment the meal might have offered. Along with one of our meals being cold. It's disappointing when a lack of attention to customer satisfaction diminishes the potential of an otherwise decent dining establishment.

The ambiance was excellent for a nice dinner with your significant other or family. Our waiter, Matt, was spot on! Nothing over looked or out of place. The service was perfect. The food could not have been better. We both had steaks and both were cooked to perfection. Favorable and tender. Will definitely be back.

Took my wife here for her birthday and it was phenomenal. We had the filet, cream corn, Brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, salads, gumbo, and lobster bisque - and it was incredible! Highly recommend the cream corned brûlée! Amazing flavor. Would gladly go back again!

We ate for the first time and had an 11:00 reservation. The ambiance reminded me of the good old days. We were seated and a few minutes later a waiter filled our water glasses. We were sat by a window so when I went to drink some of my water I looked before and there were 2 nats in my water probably because it was by the window. I told someone and he apologized and we believe he told the manager. Not sure nobody else said anything to us. We ordered our food. Son got a salad he said it was good. It looked good, visually all the food looked good. The problem was my son’s chicken was raw and they took it to the kitchen the manager did come and apologize, He brought my son meatloaf and that was much better. I ordered the turkey club and asked for crispy bacon but it was not more like cold and limp, the sandwich was just ok the bread was soft and hard in spots. The main upset I have is they did not even Coombs my son’s plate for the inconvenience of having to change his meal and wait and the fact he could get sick of eating wha he ate of the chicken warranted it to be compt. We will not eat here again. Ps the dessert was the best thing we got! Cream brûlée and Molten Chocolate cake and ice cream.

We ordered a steak and did paid the extra $13 for a loaded baked potato. The steak was great. The potato was still completely raw and cut open with the fixings on it. When we brought it to the waitresses attention she told us no one had put the potato’s in the oven so she microwaved them..

My wife and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary Hands down one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. I had the dry aged New York strip. It was cooked to perfection. My wife had the filet and she loved it. The atmosphere and the service was outstanding. Our waiter Carlos was so helpful and attentive. We had a great time.

Have dined here for a dozen years. There were always better options but the last three experiences have been vastly disappointing. Steak was over cooked while ordered medium. Sides were fine. Service was fine. Its a Monday so my go-to place 2 Johns was closed. Shreveporters love the place but it needs a re-boot.

Superior's Steak House is okay. It has nice steaks, salads, and sides. The seafood is a problem. The trout and shrimp weren't super fresh. The jum o lump crab cake wasn't made with whole jumbo lumps. The wines by the glass were a ripoff. And I don't think I got the wine I actually ordered. Desserts were okay.

I love eating here. It was my first time having dinner here and I brought my fiancé for his birthday. It definitely exceeded both of our expectations. Our waitress and butler were top tier! The food was phenomenal. It is on the pricier end, but this is truly a fine dining atmosphere so you get what you pay for. The live music was also fitting. Not too loud and the guy was actually a pretty good singer. Overall, 10/10 definitely recommend!

We have eaten there many times before in the past. The steaks have always been perfectly done. Today, however, the steak we ate, did not have the same taste, or quality. I asked for it cooked “medium“. They asked me to cut into the steak and initially it looked OK. The more I eat into it, my wife said it looked rare. I’m not a complainer and just ate the steak. Just not the same experience that we are used to getting with this restaurant. The waiter was great, polite, and handled all of our needs. Very professional.

My friend and I enjoyed an amazing steak and lobster dinner with outstanding service provided by Anthony. I’ve never been disappointed with any server here, but Anthony was truly exceptional. He was friendly, attentive and made excellent recommendations such as the seared ahi starter which was delicious. Looking forward to dining at Superior Steakhouse again on my next visit to Shreveport.

We truly enjoyed celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at Superior’s Steakhouse! We devoured those awesome crab cakes and ate every bite of our filets and potatoes and mac n cheese! It was just too good to stop! Our server was on top of things without being on top of us…exactly how I prefer it. Topping our wonderful meal with sparklers and cotton candy made the night even more special! Thanks Superior’s!
