    Everything was great. Atmosphere was awesome. Beautiful view and worth the visit. My steak I had sent back twice and third time still was pink. The waiter was overly helpful and tried his best but they just kept bringing it back pink and not even medium well like I asked. More rare in some spots. Other then that it was a little over priced for not that good of a steak and no flavor. The sides weren’t that great either. It’s like they Tried to be fancy with stuff but I should have just ordered the hamburger and fries. They comped my meal when I asked the third time to cook it more but I just went ahead and ate half of it. Like I said not very tastefull but I’d give them another chance on a hamburger. Just not the steaks.

    We really enjoyed this beautiful restaurant. Such a gorgeous resort with breathtaking views. We were a bit disappointed that they were not serving the regular dinner menu because they will be closing for the winter season so we had basically the lunch menu but everything was still amazing and the service was great. So glad we cancelled our reservation at another restaurant to try this place. We will be back.

    We didn’t have a bad meal or experience the entire weekend at the Grove Park Inn. The portions and taste of our meals was over the top! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the staff on property were outstanding!

    Perfect ambience and lovely waitstaff! Lunch time is definitely ideal for a more quiet experience with stunning views. The meal was absolutely delicious, everything ideally cooked.

    We keep coming back! This last time was for our wedding anniversary. As usual, everything was amazing. The server was nice, the food was fantastic, and the view was beautiful! Love everything about this restaurant!

    Beautiful setting location and historic Grove Park Inn with sunset views of the western mountain range. Excellent service, food was good, value poor, but hard to beat the setting.

    Food and ambiance were great. Service person was very nice but very distracted. Forgot drinks, sauces bread for the table awning other things. Needs to be a little more focused but evening was nice we looked past the errs.

    Erin was absolutely amazing ! All of her dinning recommendations, to her commitment to serving me was awesome. I was by myself and she had at least 5 other tables; not once was she inattentive to either of us. She made my first experience at the Omni an amazing one.

    Phenomenal lunch! I booked a table by the wall and the views were amazing. I ordered the potato leek soup and it hit the spot on that brisk afternoon. For my main I had the short rib ragu. Delish! My husband had the short rib sandwich and it was equally tasty. Highly recommend and if your staying at the Biltmore it’s worth the trip over. Easy and lots to see.

    Everything about this dining experience was perfect! The view of the sunset, the waitress, food and ambiance. After sunset, the wind picked up and it was chilly. A blanket was provided for comfort by our amazing waitress Erin! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. Filet was juicy, tender and delicious. Sauces, both at the recommendation of Erin were delicious and complimented the protein very well.

    Fantastic menu to choose from, Pricey but worth every penny for the experience and views from the Terrace. We were here 6 years ago and came back for our 45th anniversary. Ask for Ericka, she was outstanding for her service.

    We had a party of 6 on a girls trip. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Our server David was very helpful on what to order for food and drink. The food was delicious and the drinks were good as well.

    The BEST! Food was amazing! Kim our waitress was so sweet, I think she was the best waitress I have ever had at a restaurant. Also, you cant beat the great view and the beautiful fireplaces inside. We will be back!

    We live locally and enjoy taking out of town company to lunch on Sunset Terrace. We booked knowing weather forecast was not great. I didn’t get a text or email stating it was closed. I even called and was told by staff they had NOT been told it was closed so I was to assume it was open unless notified. Got there, parked, and found Terrace closed. Was told to go to Edison’s. It was open for lunch with Sunset menu/staff. I should have been told by staff when I called, or received an email explaining the inclement weather policy and been offered chance to cancel without credit card being charged $25 per person. In addition up was not hot, and I would not recommend the crab cake.

    Rude service. Not helpful or kind to our group. Brought our grandmother there for a celebration and it wasn’t recognized even though we specified when reserving. Our serve was short and not attentive. Rushed us out of there. Overall not happy with our visit.
