Great experience coming to the Sugar Factory! Our waiter was amazing. The food isn’t up to par for the price you pay, but we came for the experience and didn’t mind paying for that. It was all in all worth it. Great vibes.

It was my 30th Birthday I made that clear on the reservation. I was not acknowledged in any way. We had to keep asking for condiments and anything we needed. Overall poor experience. Drinks were not strong at all. Food was Good but, I’ve had better experiences here. Plus there’s a $37 Tip collected automatically which makes it easier for customers to be ignored.

This is great place you go once. Maybe for a special occasion. I don't see me coming here on a regular basis. Service was awesome.

We enjoyed our visit but definitely felt many things were overpriced. We were very disappointed when we arrived and saw that the were not even attempting to enforce the mask policy. We requested an outdoor table in advance and were grateful that accomodated our request, even though initially they told us they could not when we arrived. Our server was attentive and the food and drinks were good.

Food was fine but basic. Ice cream was just sweet, not flavorful. Desserts and drinks over-priced. Service was great. Fun for pre-teens with Instagram accounts.

The food was good. The service was amazing thanks to Jose making himself available to our needs there. But the bathroom where nasty that they could’ve had someone check on them every hour or so.

Wish it was a bigger space, but I enjoyed myself. I would recommend this place to others.

Had a reservation for My sons 8th birthday and he had a blast ! The food was good ‼️ the waiter was great ‼️ the music was awesome ‼️the candy shop was kickass ‼️ had all the sugar u could dream of 🙌🏾 we enjoyed the ocean blue foggy drinks they sang happy birthday and gave us a free dessert and it was a nice experience for my son for the first time overall . We will definitely be back thanks guys ‼️‼️

Visited for the giddy time for my mom's birthday. As I placed the reservation I made them aware of this special occasion, reminded the waitress, yet they forgot that it was my mom's bday. I let the waitress know before we left that it was and she walked away and never came back. As we were leaving I told the waitress that I was disappointed in the device and the fact that birthdays were celebrated at every table except for ours and she apologized but it was too late. My party was already out the door as the waitress offered to give us the birthday yeast to go. I explained to the front desk as we were leaving what happened but the girl just said she was going to let the witness know, something we already did before leaving. I was really hoping that we were going to have a good first time experience but I am reluctant to visit again unfortunately.

Took my son here for his bday and overall the service, food, and drinks weren’t worth the price. Server was overloaded and the food was very small portions for the price. Good experience but we won’t be back.

Our server Emily was the best part of th experience. The drinks were okay. But the food was extremely overpriced for Dave and Busters quality food. The dry ice trick was cool but half of our drinks froze before we could finish them. We drove 2 hours for this. Very disappointed.

The service was great! The food came in 10 mins after ordering for a family of 5 and tasted delicious! Loved the energy of the staff and the party-like ambiance of the entire restaurant.

Son’s 13th birthday

It’s overpriced and a bit tacky, but teenage girls love it. They took lots of selfies. I think that’s the whole point of this place.

Fun place for a celebration. Wouldn't go there "just for dinner". Our server was very attentive to the fact our party had food allergies. Kids loved the drinks. Overall, pleased with the experience.

Great food great atmosphere, it is pricy, especially with the mandatory 20% Gratuity. But definitely would go back on special occasions.

I didn't feel as if the service was worth the 20% charged on the bill. The food was ok. The drink was great. Overall, the experience was good. Definitely not worth the money. Maybe you paid for the experiecne?

Birthday it was amazing

No silverware. No condiments for the food. Slow to be acknowledged. Just felt way overpriced for the service. I’m willing to pay for overpriced food and ambiance but expect good service for this price.

5th Birthday dinner

Had my daughter birthday celebration with a few friends. They really enjoyed those fancy drinks with dry ice. Food was ok. Overall everything was great and my daughter and friends had a great time.

The salad was not nearly 1/2 the size of what was pictured.. My family and I sat with our food on our table in front of us for over 5 minutes before our server returned to realize we had no silverware. Even taking our order seemed to annoy Jose. I basically felt like a giant inconvenience, was rushed through our meal. We left after only 35 minutes, but of course not before forking over more than 100.00 for a table of 4.

They say us at a small table for 6 people no room for our food. None of the food was good. Even after eating and went into the retail store I asked for assistance at the candy powder machine no one helped just pointed and told me just put it in there 😳

Fun place but it is pricey for average food. My daughter loved the King Kong dessert for her birthday!

This place is a one and dine place. The drinks and shakes are fun but the food was not good and insanely priced. $21.00 for a milk shake & $42.00 for a non-alcoholic special drink? Wings were $18.00 and not good. 5 small sliders $27.00??? 20% mandatory tip no matter the size of your party?
The two little girls I took enjoyed the shake but NOT worth the $170. for 2 apps & one shake! Skip it!

Automatic 20% gratuity added to every guests check means servers don’t care nor have to do their job and will still collect a nice tip. We sat for 15 minutes before I found someone to ask where our server was. No apologies from the server when she finally arrived. After that we never saw her again until it was time to pay. She never brought our food and never checked on us. I had to go to the bar to ask for a glass of water. Absolutely ridiculous for the BBC amount we paid.

Very very loud. Food is good but a little over priced. Service charge is 20%. The goblets are filled with a ton of ice so you don't get that much to drink if you're sharing with someone. You basically pay 44$ for a drink in a big bowl with candy. Fun the first time but not that great again after.

The appetizers were just fair and overpriced. The meal was very good but again overpriced. The desserts are overpriced but very decadent, not really worth $20 for a milkshake though. Nice experience and good service.

Food was amazing! Drinks were pretty good. We sat on the patio. There weren’t too many people. They played some good music. Definitely recommend the chicken and waffles. Fairly pricey, but worth it!
