   Fun atmosphere but overpriced for my liking. Food was good (not great), drinks were creative but a minimum if $20 and goblets are $45 each. Good for special occasions & they build in 20% service charge.

   This place is a Time Machine back to 2016. Food is pricey but decent, drink prices are insane, so we skipped cocktails. Reservation was easy to make and we were seated quickly upon arrival. Service was wonderful! May return again, although it isn’t at the top of our list.

   We had a very fun time at the Sugar Factory. The drinks and milkshakes are out of this world. We really enjoyed the sliders and quesadillas also. The portion sizes were huge, so we ended up taking quite a bit home.

   Amazing experience. If I had one thing to suggest, it would be the menu should have a little bit bigger with their descriptions. The menu is very small and hard to read.

   I really wish they didn’t take the crêpes off the dessert menu. That was the best dessert in Chicago. They had the best crêpes that I’ve ever had in a while and one day I was craving crêpes after eating crêpes straight from Japan and I went to the Sugar factory and they had really good crêpes, but then after a while of me, not going there, I go again for me craving crêpes, and they took it off their menu . They really need to add crêpes back to their dessert menu.

   Birthday celebration was a blast! Delish sweets but the food food… not so great and 4 peeps desert only… over $100…. 🤷🏻‍♀️

   Traveled to the Illinois area for an Americas Beauty show. We were looking for somewhere fun to go. I’m so glad we picked this place! For my first time, it was great! The food, atmosphere, and service was great! I will 110% be back when I’m back in the area!

    Club sandwich not as fresh as in the past. Bread seemed stale versus freshly toasted (and still slightly warm). Also sparse on contents. Chocolate cake was amazing before, now just slightly above average (especially considering the price) Excellent service
