From start to finish, my visit was nothing short of fantastic. First, I want to thank our kind, attentive waiter. He carefully addressed my menu inquiries and gave great suggestions. His zeal and knowledge made the evening fun. The food was well presented. The cooks behind the scenes artistically plated each meal. The menu has something for everyone, from burgers and salads to sweets. Restaurant atmosphere was lovely. The music matched the dynamic scene, providing a fun vibe. I was pleased that the busy restaurant wasn't overly loud, allowing for comfortable conversation throughout the evening. This visit was noteworthy because it was my birthday. The employees went above and above to make me feel special, adding to the excitement. It was the perfect way to celebrate. And finally, the sweets shop. It was a fun addition, and I encourage exploring it. I'll definitely be back real soon. Thank you for a great evening.

Everyone seemed like they didnt want to be there. We asked for a booth the host said they were booked, there was 5 empty booths. The table next to us complained and they got a booth. We didnt say anything. Burgers were good but they were hockey pucks, wasnt asked a temp. They were literally charred burned on the bottom of the patties. Chicken parm was a share for wife and daughter (bday girl), such small pieces of chicken, was not a share size. Look to be honest, im in the business done everything from wash dishes to director of operations. I was prepared to spend money, some people out there expect everything free. Believe me i know. It sucks. The money wasnt even the issue. Quality of the food for what u pay is the issue. My daughters bday and they didnt even do a bday ice cream or anything. They gave her me and my wifes cookie skillet and put s sparkler in it. Which the cookie was rock solid and we had to have them make a new one. We will come back for shakes but thats prob it. Sorry i feel so bad about the review but i hope it helps.

You’re paying for the experience here. Even though we had a reservation we waited 10 minutes for our table. It was a Sunday evening and there were no other people waiting. There were many open tables. Once seated our server was incredible. Food was good, but overpriced.

Fun experience, waitress was really good. Food good! Prices way to high for quality of food. Good but not great. They really need to cute the prices. $36 for a foaming drink for our 12 year old Granddaughter.

It’s a fun place for a birthday or special occasion. There’s some fun menu items, especially in the dessert and drink sections. It’s very pricey. We had burgers, 1 appetizer, 1 milkshake and 1 dessert and it was almost $200. Without any alcohol! The burgers were tasty tho and we did have fun. I may consider coming back for special celebration desserts.

Drinks were great as was the staff. The food was average, but was priced as if it should have been great. With a of the other restaurants in the area, I would opt to eat somewhere else and come here for drinks, which in my opinion would provide better value.

My daughter and her two friends went there to celebrated her 16th birthday. I was disappointed that the staff didn’t sing happy birthday to her even though I put it in the reservation notes. I was especially upset when the bill came out to $230.

The food was very overpriced. And it was not even hot when delivered to the table. I know that there are signs up all over the for a 20% automatic gratuity, but I think that is out of line and if somebody wants to tip more or less they should be able to.

Our server was amazing. Food tasted good, but the overpriced drinks were absolutely NOT very good and were unnecessarily small. I would definitely eat food there again but drink size is kind of a rip off for the amount of money you're paying

Everything was great but the music does need to be turned down. It’s a great selection and it’s great to be energetic but it’s too loud for safe hearing practices, it’s too loud to have a conversation and too loud for anyone who might have any type of sensory issues. Everything is amazingly fun, the food, the drinks, the staff the atmosphere so no need to ruin it by blaring the tunes. Great servers who seek to make sure everyone is having a great time and everything is just right!

We went there specifically for 9 year old girl’s special night out. Every single person got their food, ate, and dishes cleared and she still didn’t have her sliders. We sat 15 more minutes waiting and the server acted annoyed when we asked to have it taken off the bill. Nobody came to apologize. Extremely disappointing.

Need bettet appetizers like fried pickles or cheesesticks. We got chips and salsa, salsa was gross need queso option. Food and drinks are overpriced and way to much variety. I would prefer smaller menu with food being better. Its an experience but wish food was better for pricepoint.

I came here to celebrate my bf birthday. We were seated quickly and our waitress introduced herself immediately then gave us a moment to look over the menus. She was patient with us and gave great suggestions. I can honestly say she was the best part of our whole experience there. The food was pretty good and the drinks were phenomenal! I’ll definitely be back

It’s fine, the food was nothing special, but not bad. It’s expensive, in my opinion overpriced. The drinks were not great they tasted like cheap tequila, I was just underwhelmed I guess with the name Sugar factory I was expecting a sweet delicious drink it sadly was not. The service was ok, again nothing outstanding felt forgotten a few times. Won’t be returning.
