Sugar Factory American Brasserie is a 9,000-square-foot space offering both sweet and savory American culinary classics to the MB Financial Park Entertainment District in Rosemont.

Sugar Factory’s culture is a celebrated concept of food and drink menus that include perfectly executed classics, from eggs benedict and burgers to housemade flatbreads, savory steaks and pastas. Our more unique selections include Banana Split Crepes, Rocky Road Fondue and Red Velvet Pancakes. Sugar Factory also found a way to spike your favorite drinks by offering signature smoking candy goblets, and specialty martinis and cocktails, such as the Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan or Cherry Tootsie Pop. Creative candy inspired milkshakes and the famous King Kong Sundae round out Sugar Factory’s inspired menu.

    Fun atmosphere but overpriced for my liking. Food was good (not great), drinks were creative but a minimum if $20 and goblets are $45 each. Good for special occasions & they build in 20% service charge.

    The service was great. The name and concept get you in the door with good photo ops. The menu was to extensive for the restaurant to be good at any one thing. We stuck with the basics and it was fine. Lots of fun mocktail combinations. Prices for food and drink are expensive for the quality.

    This place is a Time Machine back to 2016. Food is pricey but decent, drink prices are insane, so we skipped cocktails. Reservation was easy to make and we were seated quickly upon arrival. Service was wonderful! May return again, although it isn’t at the top of our list.

    Great selection of food, breakfast items and lunch items, great service, value for the food is higher than other places but the ambiance makes up for that. Additional camera person going around taking pictures is nice, but they want to charge you money for the picture.

    We had a very fun time at the Sugar Factory. The drinks and milkshakes are out of this world. We really enjoyed the sliders and quesadillas also. The portion sizes were huge, so we ended up taking quite a bit home.

    Amazing experience. If I had one thing to suggest, it would be the menu should have a little bit bigger with their descriptions. The menu is very small and hard to read.

    I really wish they didn’t take the crêpes off the dessert menu. That was the best dessert in Chicago. They had the best crêpes that I’ve ever had in a while and one day I was craving crêpes after eating crêpes straight from Japan and I went to the Sugar factory and they had really good crêpes, but then after a while of me, not going there, I go again for me craving crêpes, and they took it off their menu . They really need to add crêpes back to their dessert menu.
