The service was superb and the food was extraordinary. The bartender was excellent. Thank You JR. and rest of staff for a memorable experience .No place compares!
Great place to eat. Wait staff was so personable. Food was very tasty.
Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The steak was fantastic, beautifully cooked, and tasted delicious. The service was great the atmosphere is great, everything about this restaurant is a winner.
Some of their marketing trumpets "the worlds best steak". Well is certainly is not. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was done a little more than that but, the issue was the NY strip was chewy and not very tender. I imagined a steak that was buttery and just soo tender and good, it was not. The atmosphere was like an upscale cafeteria, spartan and not interesting. I arrive to the host stand and waited while a person was on a very long phone call. They were in no hurry to greet their customer. I requested a table for one online. I was encouraged to sit next to others at the bar. We are in a pandemic! Give me a seat at a table with at least 6' distancing. The wait person was pleasant. If I really want a magnificent steak I just order A5 Waygu from Costco online gourmet and then I have one of the worlds best steaks...
mac and cheese was so good!
Wagya Rib Cap is excellent. Truffle fries and mac-and-cheese are great.
Food is absolutely delicious!
Incredible experience. Always amazing!
Everything was great. The service was just a bit slower than expected but all good
Our Food was not the greatest. I was expecting so much more. I was looking for the flavor in the steaks especially the Filet.. I was highly disappointed. I didn’t complain to Mangement because I was upset. However no one even came out to just say how is your experience a big waste of time.
Delicious filet and stupendous cocktails. DEFINITELY better than the first time I was here! Vast improvement
Wonderful food and great service
Nice restaurant, reasonable price for casino, great steak, wonderful attentive service.
I have high standards for meat. This didnt cut it for me. Our server was wonderful but the food was overpriced for eh food.
It as good as I remember pre-pandemic. Service was great but the steak was just average.
Dinner and food were good , but very highly priced. Service was excellent.
Wonderful service. Amazing food!!
Best fried rice I’ve ever had! The steaks are amazing too!
Best steak I’ve ever had ! Staff was great and very helpful with helping us make decisions with a bottle of wine and bourbon to try.
My Husband and I had a great experience here celebrating our wedding anniversary. The waitress asked if we preferred to have a leisurely dinner and she did a great job at spacing out each course. My husband had the rib cap and it was amazing! I had a filet and scallops and it was cooked to perfection. The spicy fried rice is a must! The staff made us feel so special during our visit. We will be back again!
Great food & service
Our server was amazing, very attentive and she was very knowledgeable.
The food was really good and big portions!!!
Delicious food and great service. Heather was our waitress and she was amazing.
We ordered steak and lobster with baked potato. The rib eye was okay but not worth the price at all. Backed potato came over cooked and actually black on the outer skin and tasted burnt. The lobster was the smallest i have ever seen and was not cooked properly. The lemon drops however were excellent.
Sad to pay so much for a crappy dinner!!!
Excellent service, wonderful food, and the very best company with me made it a perfect date night!
This place is stellar. Lots of steakhouses in Vegas but this one holds up against the others.
We had a nice evening and will visit there again.
Prixe fix menu was a great deal!
Excellent experience !!!! We tried the tomahawk steak and loved it ! Our waiter Steve was awesome ....
Excellent staff, food, and service.
StripSteak was a big disappointed and not what we expected from a Michael Mina restaurant. Thinking that we were going to a more upscale restaurant to have a nice steak dinner turned out to be more like an over-rated, over-priced and made to look nice casual diner. From the hostess to our waitress, the experience we received was like if we were dining at Red Robins. The hostess sat us in the middle of this large room at first. We requested to be moved to a more quiet area and she sat us right off the bar area. In addition, our waitress was functioning both as the bartender and waitress thus the outcome of bad service. My husband ordered filet mignon accompaniment with crumbled blue cheese. I thought Mt St. Helen was on top of my husband's steak. The over the top blue cheese just overwhelmed the steak where it tasted like you were eating blue cheese and not the steak. I ordered the Bone-in Ribeye with Bearnaise sauce and the quality of the steak seemed like mediocre. After having to spend about $300, we definitely will not be going back there. It seems that a lot of these big named chef restaurants are more for marketing to attract diners in Vegas but the price and quality that you would expect is disappointing and and over-paid dinner.
Got the prix fixe menu and my steak was like rubber. Broccolini was delicious! Prawns were the best I have ever had.
Food was very good but not as great as we felt it should be for the price. Fabulous service!
Excellent food but would’ve liked to see more steak entree options than the few pricey choices on the menu. Also, there were only 2 salad options with no smaller scale garden salad available, and they didn’t serve any bread before dinner, which I thought was disappointing. But overall, although very expensive, the food was great, my cocktail tasty & the waitress was friendly & efficient. But if I didn’t have a comp’d food & beverage offer from the hotel, I wouldn’t return to this place mainly because I don’t think it’s that great of a value for me.
Retirement dinner with family and long time friends
Portions were great. Food was fabulous. Service was spot on.
All restaurants in Vegas are expensive and this is no exception. However the food and service are well worth what you pay in comparison to all other restaurants. I have had the good fortune to dine in a lot of high end restaurants all over USA and I will put stripsteak rib cap up against anyone’s best cut of meat.
Very average but expensive steak house. Best thing on the menu is the duck fat fries.
Best steakhouse I have visited in quite some time. My husband and I visited this location, because many of the Las Vegas restaurants were closed due to coronavirus, but StripSteak was open. We are still dreaming about our meal and can’t wait to visit again in the future! The filet mignon and the bone in ribeye were spectacular. Also try the mushrooms and the lobster mashed. Boom!!!
Because of the current virus restriction the menu was a bit condensed but there was a good variety to choose from. Overall the restaurant staff was very professional and provided us with a great dining experience. Have been here many times before and will continue to do so.
Our server was amazing and so was the food. One of our steaks were undercooked, but they were able to replace it quickly
